  • @DAKRIO457 no son pdf, seria tonto que fueran .pdf hahaha son archivos .pdo ;)

  • use resin and fiberglass, it will make it super sturdy :P

  • /Comments.

  • how about epoxy glue

  • i'm having a problem where the lines of my files don't print out. my settings should all work but it's not. any suggestions, pls???

  • @neonnightcrawler go into the 2d settings dropdown menu, select paper and print settings (you might have to be in designer, not viewer) then put the transparency to 0% or so that there is no transparency and the lines are bold. That should work.

  • @Powerhungry5000 yea like i said all of my settings should work. i have it on 0% transparency and bitmap print. it's happened before with my star wars helmet when a page printed wrong and it wouldn't print again, but i just waited it out a few days and tried again. i might just do that.

  • @neonnightcrawler try re-installing it too

  • @Powerhungry5000 just did. works fine now. thx a lot.

  • cober it with paper mache

  • wow :O. like wow, thats really good. did you have to plan this out from scratch or is there a website to help you along the way? :)

  • @RetardedRampage just look up pepakura...

  • @Powerhungry5000, ok cheers :)

  • then, it starts to rain XD

    Very nice

  • @woestewouter thanks!

  • Nice job man, wat is it made of btw?

Also the hing might be best, not too many options otherwise.

  • @DeadFromNeckUp1 it's made of 110 weight cardstock.

  • Where I can find the instructions? I searched on Pepakura but I didn't found a download link..plz help me :(

  • @TheBogdan44 look in the related videos and find a youtuber by the name of TheStealthProps, he has some great instruction vids.

  • how can i make that

  • @RusudanGots look up pepakura

  • First you have to change you paper with a stronger one , Then y'll find a way to Match the parts !

  • @AmineSalhiX I used 11o weight... I think that's the heaviest

  • not war machine

  • @TheSaltysack listen to the video...

  • Comment removed

  • ok:) dont take my comment seriously, its a joke:D you know..

i couldn't hold it inside of my fingers:D

  • @KOWYCS lol I know. Just felt like I needed to reply :)

  • yea cardstock is the best paper is to flimsy

  • you used normal paper ? cuz i wanna know if it gets OK with normal paper instead looking for card

  • @darkestanimal sorry bro, I used 110 cardstock.

  • can you please upload the file?

  • @ChromaTutsVEVO sorry bro, the file's gone.

  • @Powerhungry5000 why u keep saying bro in your reply comments maybe one of them is a girl and u say bro

  • @20202Aaron I call girls bro as well ;)

  • Do you still have the Iron Man file you used to make this? Because 4o5th is down for some reason and I would love to try this! Ive never done anything remotely like this before, but I want an iron man helmet for um.....Halloween..yeah..

  • @PatchCornAdams721 I don't think so. just do a search on the 4shared site. you should find some good files there

  • @Powerhungry5000 Ahh thanks man I found pretty much a replica on that site! GREAT work by the way, you made me want to do one

  • @PatchCornAdams721 thanks bro!

  • where did you get that file, its alot better than the one i have

  • where cn i download the blue print ??

  • @babydongdong look up pepakura bro.

  • @HaloTowerPower2000 why me I don't care if they said that "Dreams won't come true" for last 2 years ago I wanted the Jedi Academy KotF and know I have it already that is my dream and know today I will make my dream true again I will make my own Iron Man helmet, War Machine helmet, and the Sith Stalker from Star Wars TFU

  • how to motorize it

  • @HaloTowerPower2000 lol just look up pepakura, it actually not that hard

  • how to get ironman file?

  • @pilyongnerd go to the 405th.com

  • Aqua Resin is the best to harden it up. And it's non toxic. A $30 starter kit is enough to do a helmet.

  • Dude where did u go for the pepakura file?

  • @atsglo look at the comments X)

  • im making a boba fett helm, but the same methods could be used to benefit your ironman helm, i used a flexible plastic trash can to cut all the pieces, hot glued em to gether instead of paper, then smoothed it out with bondo autobody filler... the end result is VERRRY life like, in my experience, paper just doesn't cut it for a base

  • @peeps117 I've heard of this. some people use foam as well. I may have to try it!

  • did u use A4 or another kind of paper?

  • @atsglo A4 and letter (the one I used) are different size paper and use different printers. Letter is commonly used in america, if thats what you asking...

  • Hey thanks for getting back to me I found the dung0bettle file. Just a dew my questions if you don't mind, what type of paper is ideal for this build? And what is a mountain fold, and valley fold? Thanks

  • @MrDdarks use 110 weight cardstock. mountain folds are folded up, valley is down.

  • where do you get the pepakura from? plz help thanks

  • @MrDdarks it was an old dung0beetle file. I don't know if its available anymore.

  • btw, what are those little black/ grey rectangular thingy? please reply

  • @Waffle164 those are the numbers that you match up.

  • where can i find free plans for this for mac?

  • @Duzsuffer pm me

  • hey may i ask, how do you make this ?

  • @cokewwe I used a program called pepakura. just type in pepakura tutorial here on youtube and you'll understand.

  • send me a file as well

  • hey powerhungry do u no the file u used to make this if u do u should post it or send it to me

  • @XGDYellowFlash this specific file to my knowledge is no longer available. you can find several uptaded files on the 405th.com. let me know how you make out!

  • @Powerhungry5000 well i found a file on the war machine helmet but i cant find one that has the face part off like urs

  • how did you glue the back part on so nicely? mine was all screwed up and did not line up lol.

  • you nedd to lay down some hardener to make it stronger. it looks like it's gonna break!!

  • u could put slots down the head and the face plate could slide down the grooves of the slots.

  • U make this in a program called pepakura there is also halo armor u can get in wiki u will need fiberglass to strengthen it

  • PLZ MAKE THE HULK BUSTER

  • @voodoman17 thats a tad out of my abilities X)

  • @Powerhungry5000 of course it is! you downloaded it from the internet!

  • @snowdjagha lol which comment is that a response to? I have too many!

  • is that paper mache!?

  • @hdvoyagerfan nope. read te other comments to find out how to make it yourself

  • The way I would make it slide up and down is to make a tab type thing and have that slide on the little thing hanging down into the face part

  • @snipeking96 an interesting Idea, but I already have a plan. thanks anyway!

  • how do you make that

  • @karanbip a program called pepakura. look it up.

  • hey.thanks for that.I found iron man war machine but still having trouble findind iron man 2...

  • @Letthemagiccometoyou yeah there are several people working on models for the IV and the VI suit, so stay tuned!

  • that's great.I want to build one to.where did you get the pepakura from.have looked every where and cant find it...

  • @Letthemagiccometoyou look in mrDabeetles blog

  • hey just wondering if you have the link to pepakura.thanks

  • Can you send me some instruction on how to make the warmachine prop. cannonman212010@yahyoo.com

  • @warmachine212010 ask our fellow youtuber TheStealthProps. he has the whole suit made

  • hey what is it made out of?

  • @TheSwordsmen15 card stock, but I have since resined and fiberglassed it.

  • You should fiberglass it to make it sturdy. After that you can spray some clear primer on it and then spray paints it. If you want to make the helmet glossy to see your reflection add more primer after you spray paint it. You can also use epoxy after fiberglass so if you drop it it won't break. Hope this helped. :)

  • @mcnabb43v3r thanks a lot! I need to update, because I've already started that though X)

  • so is it hard to fold all the stuff on pepakura?

  • @17irok71 eh, some is easy, some is hard. you can usually tell just by looking at the model

  • hey do you have the link to that model i relly want to make it

  • @LGrestriction this model is no longer available, my other comments will explain everything

  • dude i made the same pep as urs...but i only used ordinary bond paper and it does not look sturdy enough..

can iask what did you use? thnaks/.//

  • @eyeball56 just about everyone uses 110 size cardstock. you can get it at walmart for 5 or 6 bucks (150 sheets)

  • @Powerhungry5000 ohhh...ok2...sw8 ^^ the only problem is i dont live in america ...hhaha can i order it online?^^

  • @eyeball56 sorry, but order what online?

  • try to check this "iron man HD mark 3 helmet version 2.1"

  • @atchoy2 I've seen it and my friend is currently making that model, It's the most accurate and detailed helmet to date.

  • WHERE DO U GET THE FILE!!!!!!!! SOMEONE HELP

  • @xLeThaLtAcOx I would say 405th.com, but the forums are down, so go to 4shared.com and search for helmets and even whole suits there. good luck!

  • I had one idea for the face plate....you can go to my flickr account (Ardrich_Keybus) i put up a picture of what i might do to make it rotate. Maybe it will help, maybe not. :}

  • who designed this model?

  • @andlee71694 dung0beetle, but he has left modeling and withdrew all of his models

  • @andlee71694 Cool, thats the model im working on, i have finished everything but the faceplate. :D

  • If you use 110 lb card stock it will make your life easier

  • @joefrank1982 i do actually. I was just handling it rough

  • What scale did you use? they keep coming out to big for me.

  • @FTVZimmy the default scale worked for me. if you have a smaller head, then use a ruler or tape measure and see how big it is, then use those for your scaling. (you'll want it a tad larger than your head)

  • what scale did you use?

  • can you send me the link to the pepakura file??? that would be awesome

  • @JackSparrow424 well this file is no longer available, but head over to 405th.com to find tons of other helmets and even full suits!

  • @Powerhungry5000 but i want this one XD tis one looks the most bad ass!

  • @JackSparrow424 trust me, this model is unavailable. and the 405th forums are down (again) so it'll be a while unless you can find the files on 4shared

  • how did you make that helmet

  • Kind of funny how you go to see Iron man for Iron man but end up liking War machine more lol

  • @Redhotice54 well I'm joining the air force, so it makes sense. plus the minigun is niceness X)

  • @Powerhungry5000 good luck with that :)

  • for my iron man helmet i didnt use pepakura but thats a good idea to use that

  • any car shop (mitere10) any auto parts store, or bunnings

  • you can buy machanic hinges for that there about $20 a pair

  • @zydivids could you tell me where? Home Depot?

  • woow! lovong this helmet!

love how the faceplate is seperate to the helmet, as others are all one piece.

do you have the pep files i could get from you at all?

    thanks

  • smooth cast 320 on the inside to make it a little less sharp

and smooth cast 321on the out side apply thin cote at a time until dune

you can get the starter kit to do some of your suit

smooth cast is good for indoors use

  • @shadowfox64zoids ok then, sounds like a plan. thanks!
