@Shawnster65 Yeah but the point is not that he's not paying the 63$/month, reason to get him out of this apartment is so it can be rented at a higher price than this. Looks like a nice area in the vid and in NY rent is expensive, I live in queens in a two bedroom apartment and pay $1400; in Queens. In a nice area in Manhattan it would be 4000$ easy, of not more.
