@TheEUGENE104 In the video I'm doing the press-ups in accordance to the way I had to for a particular qualification. Also, by locking out your elbows you use the full range of movement of your triceps and not partial movement. Keep it up with your push ups. :)

What I think you might like is that I have a similar story to your own. I'll elaborate the details in a video response, but long story short. I broke stuff too, I used to do parkour, and I haven't had motivation to become active in nearly a year. I hope jumping into this will push me along.

and you should`t lock out your elbows fully becuse its bad for dim
