If you want lose weight, you also can boiling the potato not squeeze their juice, because there are many natural vitamins in, boiling a potato soup, add some soy sauce, vinger, and ginger , curry, galic powder, sesame oil, add to noodle, in winter will be a good veggie noodle breakfast. :) And their soup is delicious too.
