Joe, do you perform resisted sprints/prowler work prior to increase potentiation during the subsequent 10 yard test? If so, does this form part of the athlete's combine day preparation, with similar methods employed for the other events?
Not the case. I have personal experience with NFL testing, and you cannot go whenever you want. They make you hold your start position to inhibit any kind of rolling start.

6 steps to cover 10 yards. That's incredibly good. I wish I had a prowler to work with.
