i think it was "for brittish eyes only" while michael was driving the staircar, he was trying to prove to lindsey that he was not a chicken, half of his chicken noise was because he was startled by Rita's uncle driving next to him. He never did have a dance though, if that is what you were asking.

Who are all these people providing their opinions? Are they at all involved in the industry? The introduction (with all the movie posters) implies that they're involved in some way, but I get the feeling they're just avid fans...

In other words, don't cry about "my favorite show is canceled!" when you weren't supporting it anyway. It's the equivalent of a 14 year old kid whining about Seinfeld no longer being on the air. Again, AD is my all time favorite comedy series, probably even television series. BUT, I'm just absolutely sick & tired of constantly seeing messages on the net complaining about this show being canceled. For cryin' out loud, FOX even gave it three seasons and it'd have only been axed sooner elsewhere.

Not entirely true. The marketing team at Fox was a big part of the problem. They didn't know how to sell a show like Arrested Development. You can't blame the general public for not knowing about the show until after it was cancelled. Fox didn't promote AD the way some of the terrible stuff that's on tv today is forced on you during every commercial break. But really, how do you show the brilliance of Arrested Development in a 30 sec clip so that people understand it? It's not an easy task.

But you're definitely right about the fact that Fox kept AD a lot longer than any other network would have. The fans are lucky to have 53 amazing episodes to cherish on DVD. Had it been on any other network, the show would've been lucky to get an entire first season ordered. Everyone just keep your fingers crossed that the Arrested Development movie is made so we can all close that chapter in our lives. And look forward to this documentary that will hopefully do the show justice.

What's really irksome about this project is that I'm certain half of the talking heads we see in these trailers didn't even watch the series when it first began airing on network television. Whine and complain all you want, but if you weren't watching Arrested Development when it first aired, you only have yourself to blame. People wonder why they keep finding awesome shows that were canceled prematurely...if you only put down the video game contollers and bothered to read some reviews online...

it's hard to explain to friends i want to hook on Arrested Development what the show is like. to say it's a sitcom is misleading and degrading (i do love some sitcoms though). the best way to put it is: a sticom for intelligent people - you figure out the laugh track. and it's shot like Cops. man this show is brilliant.
