  • @LimeSlimez I've never fully recovered, it always acts up when I run or exercise..... it's very irritating. I initially pulled it like a couple years ago, but it's never been the same. I stretch and ice it after running and always try to warm it up before I exercise or play but it's just one of those reoccurring injuries for me.

  • @Rlerma20 yea i pulled mine about 3 months ago in a kickboxing tournament, and last week i thought it finally healed but now it hurts again whenever i practice even if i do 30 min of intense streching beforehand. I really hope its not permanent or itl be the end of kickboxing for me

  • This is how you massage a groin strain.

    Your supposed to massage the upper tendons to release pressure in the pelvic region as massaging the joint itself would not do much good as it is the muscles are tightly would around the joint itself.

    If your groin hurts you have to do some stretching. Lay down on a bed or table, with your buts on the border and the leg of the hurting side left lose under gravity's action. Pull the other knee towards your chest and let gravity pull the hurt leg down, stretching the groin muscle (iliopsoas). Deep breath in and lift the hurt leg a little bit counting to 10. Release and let it go down for a while. Repeat 3 or 4 times.
