  • six feet is just and estimate ive seen bigger

  • cool nights is better for corn snakes no warm needed, warm morning till noon is better. they do well in 70+ to 80+ degree

  • The description says "There's no better snake for the beginning hobbyist" but in the ball python overview video the old grandpa said that ball pythons make the best beginner snake. WHAT THE HELL? Oh well, I think corn snakes are the best beginner snake. Better than a ball python since baby ball pythons can get a little nippy

  • nothing better then an old man showing some kids his snake

  • lol at the snake twitching @ 1;06

  • so shinnnyyyy=p

  • my corn snake is betwen 7 and 8 months old, it is curantly on 2 fluffs every 7 days if i tried for a 3rd mice to feed him and he took it, would it do him any harm?

Also what are the sizes of mice in order and corn snake can go though like pinkies then fuzzies etc....

  • aweee!

  • Yum

  • is it just me or does that guy sound like a rapist???

  • so shiny, long, and feel how soft it is

  • lol the innuendos in this video are priceless

  • "nice and soft and will get six feet long and this round"

  • 1:09-1:11 "Where's his heater?" "You see how shiny he is" completly ignored the kid

  • @JustinBitterlich haha didn't even catch that, probably doesn't have 1

  • @JustinBitterlich good hahe

  • and you went crying to your mom like a baby

  • you people are disgusting how can you keep vicious snakes as pets...get a dog or a cat or something, you sick people

  • @darkrainone snakes are not vicious at all they are misunderstood creatures and only somone who has no life at all would take time outa his busy schedule of playing online video games and living in his moms basement to comment on a video and insult anybody who has a snake in there home so why dont you comment on cat video and not comment on snake videos

  • @JustinBitterlich because snakes are digusting and too unintelligent to be kept as pets. you weird people

  • @darkrainone acctualy snakes are VERY intelligent now if you have had a snake before and got rid of it cause you dont know how to handle it properly then i would understand the way you feel about them but you probably have never had one and news flash dogs and cats are more disgusting than snakes licking their asses drinking out of the toilet and eating there own shit so judging by the way your reacting to snake videos you probably had a bad expierience when you were little a small snake bit you

  • @darkrainone snakes are gentle and very intelligent animals especially corn snakes, they are the most docile snake you can get. If you actually watched that video the man wasn't cautious or gentle about picking either of the snakes up and neither snake reacted viciously. If you dont understand reptile keeping thats fair enough but there is nothing sick about it, it is fascinating and very rewarding.

  • @darkrainone

The only thing that's disgusting is you. c:

  • @All so I'm assuming most of you have seen Expert Villages FAIL attempt to teach newbies about Corn Snakes... Big fail..

On the other hand THIS video was brilliant in that it didnt Scare the crap or misinform viewers about this particular reptile. ;)

    Good job Bill Horneck

  • @MyEnglandDiaries but this video didnt hardly give any information about keeping them...

but i do agree.. ExpertNoobage do suck

  • The second one is just like the one im getting is it a normal? or some morph?

  • ****HELP**** what type of corn snake was the baby corn? ****plz responed****

  • @Keatonklown motley i think

  • i finally having one.

  • Now this man knows what he is talking about, not like Expert Village.

  • Why cant expert village get a guy like this that at least knows shit on what he's talking about?

  • Which ones are more docile? The males or the females?

  • @LoneWolf7390 Doesn't matter if they are male and female, with the right care and health he/she will be friendly and docile, females sometimes tend to be bigger than males, corns are the best snake to own, i have one, myn's a pastel motley.

  • Cuddlep00p when I got my corn snake he was $34.00 man if I were I would get the corn snake I am just saying it is your choice but that is what I would get for me man.

  • I have never had a snake before but I am looking into getting one. Should I get a Milk Snake, Corn Snake, or Ball Python? (What is the most inexpensive?)

  • @cuddlep00p i perfer cornsnake for the price and temperment milks are pretty but they get exspensive same with BPs

  • snake-peto

  • BEAUTIFUL SNAKES

  • She´s tiny. My baby cornsnakes are not even 4 months old and a lot bigger already. (I guess it´s because they are females.)

  • the record is like 7 feet something

  • They will not get 6 feet.

  • @chondrohead44 yah they could there been some corns get up to 7 feet.

  • its shit he cuts out mid sentence beautiful specimen though gonna get one soon

  • how big of a tank do "teenage" corn snakes have to have i was thinking a 20 gal tank

  • corn snakes can live their life in a 20 gallon tank... of course... the mroe room the better though, just take it out now and then

  • aw thats so cute can an dult live in a 20 gallon tank?

  • from a baby - about 3 maybe 4 years old yeah but sooner or later ull need a 30 - 35 gal lol

  • Dr Dupont is not creepy. He is letting his grandchildren be in this video about cornsnakes. He talks to them the way 95% of adults talk to children of that age. It's your problem that you see it as something weird. It's probably because the snake has phallic symbollism. Dupont is teaching them and years ago their parents about snakes because he is a herpetologist and loves snakes. He gives the same information to men and women all day at his store in a more adult tone.

  • i have a ultramel corn snake :] i love it hehe

and its only 3 months old and hahahha its the same size as that 1

    XD

but i feed it 2 pinkies every week :3

    so it can grow fastah

me and mah corn snake have a great connection like last time it got out its "cage" i couldnt find it and the next morning when i woke up it was right there rolled up next to me sleeping :]

  • That guy is rather creepy.

  • no hes just trying to talk normal to the little kids

  • good to no and fun 2 c

  • tail straight up - good calcium - neva knew that...

  • also means its horny XD

  • AWESOME

  • no the big one is a normal

  • You're right, an amelanistic has no black pigments. This one does. I have an amel.

  • what a prat.

  • I WAANNTTT ONEEEEE!!!!!!

  • there great pets

  • me tooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what morphs are dey

  • small one is anerythristic/charcole

    big one is amelanistic (amel)

  • ive watched afew of ur vids u seem 2 know alot wat should i get for my 1st a ball py or a corn snake most ppl say ball but others say corns are much easier to have

  • get a ball python thats what i got im getting a corn snake, milk snake and a king snake too though

  • i do say myself that a cornsnake is better option then move on to a bp as they are slighly harder to look after as they get stressed and go off there food and people begin to worry about there snakes so i would go for a cornsnake then get a ball python in a couple of years. Thx pythonsarethebest2

  • I agree. BPs just sound too stressful for a first timer. Corns usually aren't as tame as Balls, but they make up for it by being good feeders, plus it's not like they're that wild! ;)

  • who cares

  • haha i had a ten gallon almost exactly like thqt then i just got the 20 gallon long with the same backround
