I've been a teacher for almost 20 years and I agree with Jonah. The one thing teachers really need in the classroom isn't knowledge, or power... it's a sense of humour and the ability to laugh at themselves. Too many teachers take things too personally.

This is a comedy... And FYI, although this whole show is blown completely out of proportion BECAUSE it is a scripted comedy, just because you spend 6 years in school does not mean that you are necessarily a good person or an adequate teacher. Just sayin'.

A teaching degree gives one the right to teach, not to treat younger people like scum and demand blind allegiance in return.
