  • You know that as an SP your letter is not even read it is stuck into a box un-opened.

    Its called "Dead filed."

    Even if you put a false name on the letter a member of HCO filters the letters by reading them and only forward them if they are of positive nature. The person you addressed in your letter has never even seen it.
