Another way is, it to get to the end of the map where you get picked up by the heli in campaign and camp there and shoot witht he berret

i also got it this way, but not influenced by your vid...

my partner and i both climbed up the ladder and set 10 claymores right on the beginning of the ladder (ALL OF THEM DIRECTLY ON THE SAME PLACE). even if 1 juggernaut passes the way to the ladder, the 10 claymores will kill him immediately!

my m8 went down around the corner to attract the jugs (he put make-up on first) then ran like hell up 2 that platform then i kept sniping them in the head twice then that it done then we advanced and did same thing.

just completed it solo :D i used the barrett and camped out there (didnt go elevated though i stayed by the ammo) nobody came from the right so was just a case of running forward a little to lure them out, stun them and sprint back to snipe- if any pc users need a hand with this in spec ops add me on steam i'm Viking Kong

Easiest way-my friend and I both took snipers and sat at the bottom and sniped them as they came down the stairs. We put claymores at the top of the stairs so we could know when they were coming down. It took about 12 minutes.

my friend and i just pretty much ran through he lured i killed with barret to the left of this scaffold is an ammo box which helps and once you go up the stairs we planted all of our claymores it works well just a bit faster than this if you're impatient

It is actually possible to do this all by yourself, just be careful when they come in groups of two. When that happens, slow them down with a flashbang and kill one and try to wound the other.

I have often shot juggernauts climbing the ladder about 20 feet back, it was awesome.

My partner and I just ran to the end of the level (Killing the juggernauts we ran into.) and at the end of the level where you get air lifted out of there we just camped on the pad watching the doorway for them to come. We only had 2 come at once but most of the time it was only 1 at a time.. Found this easier than this video. But hey whatever works.
