  • what is the song please? really amazing shots!

  • $1200 including sony hdr-sr11??

  • i could do this to my sr-11 too

  • can you show me what's the adapter for the nikon len to the camcorder looks like, and where can i get the adapter...thanks

  • I have an SR11 and Jag35 and lens for sale on eBay right now: item# 320644153358.

I hope you don't mind me posting that here.

  • i have this same camera dude and this is exactly what i was looking for thanx!!!!!!

  • Will this work with the sony hvr hd 1000u???

  • looool Tom loves riding of into oblivion at the end of his vids

  • awesome!!!

  • good job, thnx Tom

  • Nice vid. thanks

  • The encinema adapter is half the price of the Jag35... which one is better for the price and why? thanks

  • @andros1984 Encinema is a static adapter and once it gets dirty, you will see a lot of dust particles on your footage. Spinners and vibrating adapters do not have that problem. (believe me its a huge problem!!)

  • What does he mean when he says, "You need to use fast lenses with this." I have some pretty cheap lenses and I get a much fuzzier picture than he is getting. I want the clarity he has. How do I get it?

  • @mjwheels75 A fast lense means one with a bigger aperature. A f1.4 is a faster lense compared to a f2.8

  • you know you can flip the image in the camera, theres a reset on the bottom so i hear.

  • How did you get that nice color from your video? Did you just increased the saturation and levels? Great job man!!

  • hi do you know if magnet will flip xr500v lcd? im scared to try it myself. thanks

  • how do you change the depth of field whilst it is recording? i presume it is all done manually. do you just adjust the focus using the lens?

  • @wilIiamhawthorne you adjust the depth of field by changing the aperture opening. But it'll look really shoddy, and youll wana keep the apeture as wide as possible to let as much light in as you can.

  • @ribenawrath it doesn't look shoddy at 1:30 though. that's what i'm talking about. change of focus. maybe i didn't say the right thing in my previous comment.

  • @wilIiamhawthorne I see what you mean. You mean changing the focus. The depth of field is how much of the picture is in focus. You can change the focus by simply using the focus ring. It's the manual ring on the lens. You may need to focus slightly manually on your camera, then lock it down when you have it right. You have to play a little.

  • @ribenawrath ah ok i get it. thanks for your help

  • what were the lenses that you were using?

  • Great video, your results look amazing. This is something I'm considering doing to help my lo-fi live acoustic music video productions.

    Thanks for posting.

  • how did you convert this video into normal when you edit? Also when you shooting this video what did you use to view the image?

  • Amazing! 1:03 is a BEAUTIFUL shot!

  • ehich one do you think is better the encinema35 or jag

  • the encinema doesnt vibrate. i have the encinema, it is cool but now it has dust that i cant seem to remove :S

  • JAG FTW!!!

  • i bought the jag already and its awesome

  • WOW! After searching such expensive DOF Adapters for my Canon XH-A1... I finally came across this video. GREAT video by the way! Amazing talent! Making me wish I would have gone with a cheaper camera and just spent some cash on the Jag35. Keep the videos coming Tom!

  • wow we are from brasil and we love your stuff from down here tom... great video you got there nice shot...

  • i wish this worked with the panasonic hdc-sd9

  • @swetrich why wont it ? i think you just get a 46mm to 43 mm stepdown adapter ring £5

  • nice shots. did you do post editing? what adjustments did you made?

  • Maybe you could mitigate the effect of all "upside down" attaching a mirror in 45º to LCD camera.... (its only a idea)

  • Did you boost your color saturation in post?

  • For a cheaper flip, take a magnet that is a little more substantial than a fridge magnet and move it along the back of the screen, in a certain position the image should flip on Canon cameras. I attach the magnet with a little white tack, so it sticks but comes off easily. Also, if you build a rail, you could turn your camera on its head.

  • Nice demonstration. Very good panning!

  • Hey Tom, love your videos. Question, will this product work on a Sony HDR-CX12 HD AVCHD Camcorder? What sort of adaptor would I need to use the JAG35 Pro?
