great review. I hate it when companies cut corners on collectables. I also collect diecast. The older diecast models had doors that opened, hood came off to show the engine. Now they are just a sealed shell. And guess what, they still cost the same. I am thinking about getting the Predator Elder helmet. What do you think about that helmet?

Yeah, sideshows quality is diminishing rapidly as of late. Hope they get back on the ball and get a team of highly skill painters over at their production facility in China to finish their products.Cause god knows nobody want a awesome piece with a shitty paint application. I've always prefered Celtic's 'muzzle' mask, making it look more fearsome and intimidating somehow.

The last 70 seconds had me laughing my ass off - which is ironic really - since I'd have to get totally legless before even thinking of buying one of these crappy pieces (Wolf bio excepted).

Let's set up a simple equation for Sideshow shall we? ....... a + b = zero

Sideshow (like Fox) have rights to a great franchise - it would be nice if they gave the fans and the heritage the respect they/it deserves. We KNOW they CAN do it (or have in the past) - the P1 1:1 bust (2005) / the Sabretooth vs. Wolverine dio (2005) / the P1 maquette (2006) - but I haven't made any serious purchases of THEIR product recently because of crappy finishes. I mean - it had to take something pretty drastic to stop me buying the 1:1 Wolf bust - but that finish - GEEZ!

My cousin is Going to Comic Con And he Will Break it in Pieces in front of Sideshow Staff Members or any Kiosk he Finds, Thats What he told me. LOL look guys, I am not trying to start a rebellion or something, but honestly I think as a consumer we do have a right to be passionate about what we spend our money and time on be it good or bad. But honestly, I don't think walking up to the Sideshow booth at SDCC and smashing your collectible will accomplish anything aside from you getting arrested lol! A well worded email to their customer service voicing your concerns is a good start because they do keep track of complaints.

Dan, im affraid well worded emails achieve nothing what so ever. I sent a few about the scar to different departments (product suggestion) and complaints and iv sent the same about the celtic. It wasn't until ADI contacted sideshow on my behalf that i got any real reply and even then it was a bit of a joke. It was an offer to buy another scar direct through sideshow (why!?) and to tell me that they have recieved very few complaints about these bio's, what a joke that is!! Sideshow, sort it out.

I love SIdeshow as a company, the products used to be awesome. But they have a huge problem with their China production facilities and their line management there. Recent issues caused a fair amount of correspondence with Customer Service. Which rather than fix anything caused me to cancel all my pending orders totaling almost 9K. Their customer service does nothing but sit around and send cookie cutter replies. Their is no respect of loyal fans.

I used to defend Sideshow all the way, but I have to admit that are really starting to let it slide in there production quality.

I have a standard Indy PF that turned out ok, but I'm shock at how bad some of the others look. Then we have the Iron Man Bust that Sideshow should have recalled.

I love your reviews man. One of the best review sites for high end collectibles here on YouTube. You actually talk about some negative things about the collectible and what may concern other collectors. You just dont talk about "Oh this piece is sooo great and awesome blah blah blah" just because its yours and the fact you have it. I mean its great for someone to actually talk about what we can expect and watch out for.
