I do remember Yasmin , Raza & Sabiha, God fearing people serving for a good cause. However they need to focus on their human resource development as well. FPS needs to establish a idependent HR Dept. for the welfare and development of their valuable human team.
I worked with them in the head-office but left due to lack of their interest to dig out facts effecting directly on the team performances. They really need to inject fresh blood in the organization.
