That isn't latency, that's video lag for sure and you can easily tell the difference so I'm sure the game runs fine - this is just shitty video.

nah, it's actually like that on a lot of PCs. i hear it's a bug or something with the game engine. dunno.

it's still in CB so hope for the best when it's released
