I can see how the Medic's rocket jump over the train was great, and the Triple airshot by the Solly right before it was epic... but why'd the sniper get #1? He was basically just camping their teleporter on the first cap, and 2 of his kills on the last point were body shots.

I think it was because of the sheer number of kills he got (more than anyone else in the video) and because he's playing as a combat sniper. To survive in the front lines with that little heath is difficult enough, let alone get that many kills.

Also, one of the bodyshots was that sniper that was bounced, I don't blame him for getting a bodyshot with that kill.
