yes, the right half has reopened as The Azoosment Park at Santas Village, the left half is Paintball Explosion, this is the last weekend for this year
The coaster is not back at Santas village, though they just just re-purchase the original fire truck that will get a new track area next year down near the picnic grove. R.E. Great America, google "x flight great america" to see the new wing coaster they started building this week, the only one in the USA, and 4th in the world....insane!
I msss Santa Village, I wish this week they are back. I hope Is everything o.k. Down there. I msss the coaster ride. I have to drive far to go to Great Of America. :-(
Attendance has been good 1500-2500 on weekends, and rumors are next year the water park will be rebuilt and opened. Google their name for info.brought in new rides( hand carts from Kiddieland) and are more focused on exotic animals in several ares.

While all of the old rides were auctioned off, they have repurchased some of the old rides(new versions like pirate ship, ballon race, dragon coaster, rockets) andAdmission is $16.50, and through Halloween open on weekends 11-7.

@NBABALLER19 Sort of. It will reopen this weekend Thurs-Sun, NOT as Santa's Village........An AZOOment Park, I think it's called.... only thye right side of the park with fewer rides, focus on exotic animals.
@driski90 Just found out it will reopen in 3 weeks on a small scale as The AZOOment Park. Using the petting zoo as the focus possibly with leased rides temporarily. Thurs, thru Sun until Dec. and hopefully expanded to 7 days a week next year. Some of the old staff is returning. I've seen pix of rehabbed buildings. Don't know if keeping xmas theme though.

@heine71 yeah it is temporarily open in season only though. so it closes during the winter season but is open the rest of the year.
