is it ok if you use the helmet without the pads?

well if you use it without the interior fit pads it would be too hard and your head may hurt as you don't have any cushioning/padding. It won't decrease the impact protection though but definitely the wearing comfort. What would be your reaosn to wear it witout inside pads?

whats the diference between special make up and normal clear?

there is no difference. All our clear colors run under the Evolution model line special makeup. clear white or clear bue is just the color specification.
