I cant do the technique properly ive been trying for months i dont feel like im using any muscles just like im hurting my shoulders and i cant do it without my hips saggin down and peling myself uplike u demonstrated. i need a personal trainer!
This actually requires some training beforehand. Have you tried the easier push up? In the lying position, let your knees stay on the ground while your feet are crossed and kept towards your butt. Then follow the same technique for a normal push up; keep your back straight, don't raise your hip and look forward. Its actually worlds easier, but its good training until you can perform a proper push up.
Excellent, thanks for the feedback guys! You should try and aim for as many reps as you can. A good goal is at least 10-20 in one set, and you should do 2-3 sets. You can make it more challenging by not resting much between sets.
