  • Really funny how people keep projecting things upon Bush, he never gave a speech approaching anything like this yet last night I was spooked by OBama's State of the Union speech. It mirrored Palpatine's and sent chills down my back....

  • Bush didn't, but Oblama did.

  • Please, Bush or anyone in the goverment is not smart enough to make an empire like Palpatine.

  • Check out this video, Obama Suggests He Become a Dictator, Americans Cheer

Did George Lucas predict the future?

  • NWO smh

  • Obamas next speech after his NDAA bill and Bush's Patriot Act

  • LONG LIVE THE NWO! DEATH TO ISLAM!

  • English actors are the best! And they make the best villains too! I think they could read a telephone directory and make it sound good.

  • @nachomanden19 its called Anakins Dark Deeds

  • The US declared itself an empire after World War Two, but we don't give a shit about the rest of the world as long as we have our television and pizza. Sad.

  • Time to rename this Obama's Next Speech since he's going to pass NDAA!

  • "The means of defense against foreign danger historically have become instruments of tyranny at home." James Madison, Father of the Constitution.

  • @thecryptkicker5 Sounds similar to policies pushed by republicans not obama.

  • Obama' s next speech...declaring himself as Emperor of America!

  • You need to rename this one if S 1867 passes the US Senate repealing passe comitatus as 'Obama's Next Speech.'

  • @dardanidae I thought he White House has pledged to veto S 1867.

  • What's song called that plays at 1:09 ?

  • ohh natalie portman is so hot!

  • Saw Obama paraody this on TV.

Oh, lol, that was the state of the union address. JK.

  • I bet if Obama said this he would get applause too. A speech made by Obama or some future President will probably say something similar to this in order to have a One World Government.

  • And we shall have peace.

    - Herman Cain

  • -Republican 2012 victory Speech.

  • In order to ensure the security and continuing stability, the U.N. will be reorganized, INTO THE FIRST GLOBAL EMPIRE!

  • Am I the only one that liked the new 3 better? I happen to like Politics and all out war.

  • @SpadaccinoLuciano You are not the only one ;)

  • ITS THE POPE ! AND YOU KNOW THIS IS TRUTH

  • ∞% correct!!!

  • To everyone arguing over who's evil republicunt or dumboclit, you need to realize both of them are evil and are in bed with each other they should be called "republicrats"

  • Comment removed

  • @johnnyreb1025 You do realize that is the farthest thing from the truth right? The parties dont work together at all. Thats what the idiots say, who work for news media corporations that want to make the uninformed public even more stupid (news media which is almost completely conservative in support because they are owned by various corporations that support republican policies of deregulation and low taxes for big business, its an even bigger scam than the mafia was with their unions).

  • @matser08

um dude they work together. its like pro wrestling. in front of all of us they say "im gonna beat my opponent 7 ways to sunday and my opponent clearly hates America" but behind closed doors they go golfing together they vacation together and they are drinking buddies. Obama said he would reverse what Bush did instead he continued what Bush did. Republicunts and Dumboclits are one in the same

  • @johnnyreb1025 Thats not even proof or evidence. All you said was some generalized statement and some made up shit about them vacationing together. Instead of blaming both you should figure out which party did the most damage and which party your views more correctly align with. They never worked together. They've been trying to kill off each others party since the decade before the civil war started.

  • @matser08

oh really? republicans create the patriot act say we need it to protect ourselves...obama runs and says he will get rid of it....obama gets in....now he reapproves it.....obama says he'll get American workers out of NAFTA which Republicans got workers into....obama gets in and now he says we are committed to NAFTA.....pro wrestling man its just pro wrestling......im not a two party person because the two parties are really one party. wake up

  • @johnnyreb1025 He talked about reviving two clauses of the Patriot act not the entire act. And NAFTA doesn't employ people dummy. Its a trade agreement. Getting us out of NAFTA would cause strains on Mexican and Canadian trade, Canadian imports are huge along with mexico. They are second only to Chinese imports here. And it would probably cause an increase strain in business and throw our economy into an even worse state. You can't get rid of it right now. You're living in a dream world kid.

  • @matser08

dumboclits complained all of bush's term about how the PATRIOT Act was too intrusive now they are arguing against scaling it back. if you dont think the republicrats are in bed together than you are simply another sheep willing to believe whatever the hell they tell you on CNN or Fox. neither party will investigate or audit the Fed they shield the Fed. pull your head out of the sand and smell the coffee man

  • @matser08

and lets just ignore the fact that obama promised he would end our illegal wars and now he's just started another and both parties arent doing a damn thing

  • @johnnyreb1025 How has he started another war? Libya is being fought by a European Coalition and little if none direct US involvement. And no president was gonna get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan if they were elected when he was. It was too much of a mess. But he didnt escalate involvement and hes actually going after real terrorists. I'm not an obama fan, hes not that great. But i can damn well guarantee you that McCain would have screwed us.

  • @matser08

YES HE WOULD HAVE. no matter who you elect its the same guy with a few slight differences they are the same person. and Ron Paul would have taken us out. he knows its a dumb war he was the only one in the whole party who said so and all the Republicunts called him crazy. and forgive me those werent US planes dropping bombs on Libyans and shooting cruise missiles into their cities? please keep in mind that obama didnt even ask for Congress's permission.

  • @johnnyreb1025 Ron Paul? Are you fucking kidding me? You're more retarded than i could have ever imagined. This conversation is over. Wow you're an idiot

  • @matser08

no sir i think you will find you are a sheep wandering around doing whatever the establishment wants you to do you are like oliver saying "please sir i want some more" and they reply to you with a big "SHUT UP SLAVE" so go on enjoy being a slave to your government and having the TSA stick their hands down your pants. im gonna keep propagating the formula of Liberty

  • @johnnyreb1025 You're an idiot. Yea you probably never paid attention to anything outside the realm of your stupidity. Go get checked by a psychiatrist for paranoia and stop watching the X files and Fox News.

  • @matser08

lol i dont watch the mainstream media you probably do and thats why you believe this false view. wait...hear that?...its your government telling you to SHUT UP SLAVE!!!!!!!!!!. keep on thinking the government is looking out for you and keep believing that the republicunts or dumboclits will give you the answer. keep blindly believing what your government tells you

  • @johnnyreb1025 I dont blindly believe anyone. Especially fantasy world people like you. I know what i know because i know and understand the facts, child. You don't.

  • Imagine watching this on Fox News..

we'd all be sitting there like 'yup, we're fucked'

  • i can totally see this happening in america...

  • Amaaaaazing speech, even better than Hitler or Martin Luter King - Im soooo....inspired. Great great, I will vote for safe and secured society .

  • Best public speaker since Adolf Hitler!

  • The Future of the US... Vote Palpatine 3012!!

  • I will vote for him, no...not for USA...he is the president of the world.

  • Does anyone see the parallels in our own world?

  • It's always strange how these new films were brought from 1999-2005. The incident of Naboo, the blockade of the Trade Federation and the attack. Palpatine who is chancellor and behind the scenes part of a secret group (the Sith) who secretly stages a war between the Federation and the Republic and works for both sides, and creates his own protecting army. The Jedi who sense that there is something wrong and the eventual coupe of the chancelor and the calling of the First Galactic Empire...

  • This is actually Obama's speech he'll be given this coming Monday.

  • Palpatine forgot to mention the death star(s) he intends to build to destroy planets!

  • i freaken used this speech in one of my college papers. the Sith Lord Palpatine got me an A ha!

  • no way! u jokig us or really ...lol

  • 31 PEOPLE WILL BE HUNTED DOWN AND DEFEATED!

  • Watching anti-Bush videos is painful three years later. Thank God I'm here for Palpatine's speech.

  • Darth Bane would be proud.

  • @squashsatch Indeed he would, to see that his Rule of Two has stood for 1000 years and succeeded.

  • It reminds me a European Parliament proceedings ... EU - a new totalitarian empire has arisen ...

  • What is the background music theme name?

  • @david28395 The first song is the ending of "Enter Lord Vader," and the second is "Anakin's Dark Deeds."

  • Comment removed

  • Do you know the name of the background theme

  • I'm sorry... but, as Bush is long gone now, do you think you could please change the title of this vid to something more Star Warsy? I just think it deserves a great title, as this is an epic scene, and the joke was funny when it was relevant, but it's not anymore. I'm not trying to be a jerk, I'm just suggesting. :)

  • Palpatine, what a genius. Strongest sith after Darth bane?

  • I actually applauded quietly at the end of his speech. xD

  • It's eery now. Lucas had the genders of his characters wrong - Janet Napolitano is Palpatine; Sarah Palin is Dooku.

  • 1:04 I love the way he says secure. Palpatine is cool.

  • Bush is not Palpatine. Palpatine was least nice enough to give everyone cool suits.

  • @hoodge95 idk maybe

  • u know that bald dude

i read somewhere that his species can manipulate people thro his mind if he wasnt there Palpitine would lose

  • Well take note people this is just what Mccaines next speech would be if he were president

  • The Sith were the good guys! They wanted order! The Jedi were elitist oligarchs!

George Lucas lied to us about the Empire!

  • @SIG551P Hell yea, i follow the sith code

  • And don't give me this Bipartisan bullshit. You are just another idiot who doesn't understand how congress works. Congress is splintered, there doesn't need to be heavy bipartisanship moron, only a heavy majority of one party in congress. Republicans had a Majority in the House, Senate, the president, and the judiciary branches for most of his presidency. That coupled along with the mandate created by the 9/11 terrorist attacks were what helped his measures pass. This bipartisan crap is a farce

  • If you are done typing nonsense and bullshit you can stop acting like you even understand anything he pushed through. The guy was an idiot and the bills he pushed through weren't even written by him. His successes were few, even if they existed, and the successes he had weren't for the middle class or the poor. So stfu when you talk about nonsense. If you want to talk about a bill he passed then explain what it actually did in detail.

  • To me this was the only good scene about the prequels. It is so telling and completely sets up all that followed in the 3 after the prequels.

  • Comical... but politically incorrect.

President Bush, use to have the highest approval rating by the American people. Overall, Bush had more successes then failures since his very first term as president. Not many people can accomplish that. Many of the American people favored him for his principles of "acting for the means necessary then for the means of status". The major fall in Bush's term was his "War on Terror".

  • @PkjXxX you mean HISTORICALLY incorrect

  • @PkjXxX If you are an idiot you can believe that most of the dumb bills he pushed through office were good. But every bill that he pushed through helped only the rich and corporate america, not to mention infringing upon the rights of the American people with the Patriot act and hurting schools with no child left behind. I don't care if I get an extra $400 back in taxes a year, doesnt make much of a difference to me when the country gets ruined cause of a war and a recession his policies brought

  • @matser08 Are you kidding me?

Obviously, you dont have a inch of understanding or a scope in what bush has done for America.

Bush and his plan to take down the stemming credit crisis of 2008.

Bush and his effort to push forward legislation in education and national security, in bringing about tax-reduction and allocating funds for global emergency AIDS relief.

Open your eyes, look at all he has done.

  • @matser08

President Bush also reached across party lines to reform immigration law. His bipartisan outreach on this issue was successful, but the legislation failed due to opposition from both wings. In that effort President Bush’s team negotiated with a broad group in the Senate, led by Senator Kennedy on the left and Senator Kyl on the right. President Bush’s attempts deeply split his own party, yet he persisted until it became apparent there was not a 60 vote coalition to succeed.

  • @matser08

Not only this but look... look at his 2001 tax cuts ,2003 medicare law,

2006 pension, his stimulus pact in 2008, his reform on housing 2008,

the list goes on my friend.

These were all sucesses.... and If your so blunt to disagree then sorry to you.

  • @matser08

I am saying... President Bush had a exceptional approval rating throughout his terms but his war on terror shadowed over his sucesses. Such as President Herbert Hoover, and Truman.

I am saying, as historians... you and I have to see it through all eyes. Not just through your liberal telescope.

  • @PkjXxX Neither party will ever agree with each other, at least until something that overwhelmingly sways public opinion happens. So don't say ridiculously stupid things.

  • @matser08

I did not say anything ridiculous.... Im saying our 2 party system is pain stakingly long and difficult for that very reason.... to ensure solidity in .... such decisions...

please... please read and know what your talking about before you talk.

Only an arrogant ass would be so extreme.

  • @PkjXxX The only reason he had an exceptional approval rating was because of what is called the "rally around the flag effect". Put simply, the approval rating of any given politician spikes during a time of crisis.

  • @halo07guy2

No no. im saying he had exceptional approval ratings for things hes done before his "war on terror". The crisis is what broke him.

  • UM OK 1st off its LIBERALS whom are blatantly leading us to the Tribulation!

theyre the ones whom want to destroy the USA

    get it right

  • @cptjrkov Kill yourself please, for the good of the world

  • @matser08 lol thank you i didnt think i was that influencial lol

so youre saying im on the level of a Joseph Kony or shall i say Vladimir Putin?

( relax buddy its only a comment, im pretty sure im not a threat to the global community)

  • @cptjrkov You are a threat to the global community, because you support stupidity. And stupidity is the number one killer of humans throughout history.

  • I can see why they call you Jimmie BOY!

  • if (and probably when) Rahm Emmanuel becomes mayor of Chicago, this should be his speech

  • rofl at the title.

  • I also think its time to change the title of this video to "Obama's next speech".

  • America is on its way, true not as far as Europe has gone yet, but its coming. We've had two presidents in a row who are encouraging the taking away of our rights for which the Founding Fathers fought for. We need to return for them if we want any sort of chance. People say we're the only civilized country w/out universal health care ha we're also the only country with any semblance of freedom left. Should we vote that away too?

  • @Pantalaimon345

Is this a pretense to a One World Government!

    Sounds errily simiular!

  • @pluto4847 Is what a pretense to one world gov?

  • @pluto4847 either way were soon going to find out IF God exists....

i think were heading for a buzz saw

  • @cptjrkov we cant blame just one political party for the downfall of the USA it will fall no matter what the government sucks everything it was built upon is shit it doesnt matter anymore its just for power and money.

if u dont have it ur nothing in this country

  • You mean... Obama's next speech right? He's the one who is taking rights away from the people, not Bush

  • @SignusMelko

Actually don't be complacent. The European Union is catching up with America. With the appointed President of the European Council, this EU President will make even Obama appear to be a freedom fighter. The EU wants to upsurp the United States, and sadly that's their plan.

If you ever visit and stay in Europe for awhile, you'll want to go back to the United States. The EU has it far worse. They are socialist to the max. I was there, I know. Its frightening. I'll take USA over EU

  • amazing

  • Long live me.

  • I LOVE THE EMPEROR!!!

  • Transcript of the next State of the Union:

The Republican rebellion has been foiled. And the remaining Republicans will be hunted down and defeated! In order to ensure the continuing security and stability, the United States will be reorganized into the first American Empire, for a safe, and secure, society! *cue standing ovation from Congressmen who are fucking morons*

  • @kefkaROX

Emperor Palin! Lol That will be the day!

  • @kefkaROX only diff is that far more Republicans continually threaten to 'take back Washington,' while hoistering guns on webcam nowadays then Democrats ever did in the Bush era. Idk but they sort of scare me. The GOP is far more militaristic then the 'weak, spineless' Dems are

  • @kefkaROX the only problem is that the biggest problem with this country are the republicans.

  • @kefkaROX AT LEAST SOME ONE WOULD BE GETTING SOMEGTHING DONE LOL

  • @kefkaROX The only problem with that statement is that you said Republicans. Its more like Democrats being the Jedi, dummy. The 8 years of 2000-2008 plunged the US into the biggest hole its been in since the Great Depression in which all 3 parts of our national Government Executive, Congress, and almost half the Judicial were controlled by republicans. And in case you're wondering the 3 presidents that were in office for consecutive terms before the Great Depression were all Republicans.

  • @kefkaROX It should happen.

  • @kefkaROX Except the hunting down of Republicans

  • @kefkaROX And if it were coming from a good President too

  • This is the PAL version, isn't it?

    It's slightly too fast.

  • If America isnt careful, conservative fundies will make this type of thing a reality!

  • this totaly bush and obama

  • BUSH?!?!?!?! Hell this is OBAMA !!!

  • @Wheeljack35 How? Obama has restored civil liberties, strengthened peace negotiations and relationships across the world, and the most controversial thing he's done so far is tried to help poorer people have easier access to health care.

Sorry, as a Brit, I fail to see why America seemingly hates Obama, when the rest of the world is jealous of such a uniting and intelligent, fairness creating leader. You hate him more than you hate Republicans who just abuse capitalism?!

    Explain, with logic. Plz

  • @Wengl3 He kept the Patriot Act, demeaned and abased America's prestige abroad, and forced taxpayers to support other people's mooching children

He and his cabal hate America and want it destroyed. You may find it fashionable to favor such but you'll understand if we citizens are inclined to resist

  • @yohopirate You might need to fill me in on the Patriot Act is/was..?

And.. you're suggesting that there's a feeling that his administration is intentionally aiming to destroy America by making it less dominant abroad and.. using tax money to help support children on lower incomes?

I'm not liking him for the sake of fashion, its more that the Democrats are closer to Labour (UK Party) than any other as far as I can tell.

And, may I ask, from the average man's view? What/Why is the Tea Party? :P

  • @yohopirate What prestige? America's prestige and image abroad was hurt long before Obama came to be president and I don't understand how basic health care for everyone is such a bad thing. For everyone in this country claiming this is the best nation out there we sure don't act the part.

  • @jayers2 So why doesn't Obama fix it? Acting ridiculous and looking bad is enough, but when our prestige is already low?

As for healthcare, wishing for heaven on earth does not make it happen. Someone has to do these things, someone has to pay for things. Just contrast Britain's healthcare system with the US. I'm sure there are visitors here who can help :)

  • One of the famous Star Wars scenes that I really like... =)

  • go research the timeline on the new SW mmo The Old Republic.... the Emperor of the Empire had one cool bio in terms of planning a super invasion and pwning most ofthe republic.

  • now i would say it could be Obamas next speech, announcing martial law....

  • You fool. Obama's the real Palpatine.

  • @360Nomad lmao no hes vader

  • @kirby4d Who's Palpatine then? Bill Clinton?

  • some real politicians are as scary as Palpatine, look at Hitler, one man manages to rise to power and conquer half of Europe and kill millions. They both knew how to deceive people for their own personal gain.

  • INTO THE FIRST...GALACTIC..EMPIRE!!

  • best bit of the new trilogy

  • You can't compare chancelor/ emperor Palpatine with Obama and/ or Bush. The political background refers to politics in Germany in the 1930's (i. e. Palpatine = Hitler). As Palpatine did, Hitler was elected as chancelor of Germany and transfered the german republic into a hell, called third Reich - and a lot of people just realized later what happend ...

  • @RioDeJaneiro1979 right on! all these kooks and their crap.

  • @RioDeJaneiro1979 More specifically, Star Wars is just a history of the Roman Empire...Palpatine=Julius Caesar. The basic point Lucas is trying to show is the foundation of a Republic which always becomes an Empire and then is liberated once more.

  • Lol, do people even understand politics anymore? This would be perfect for Obama, but Bush was a Republican. (For the unintelligent people out there that means he doesn't want big government.........)

  • I am writing a story about President Bush becoming a dictator, through persuasion, after 9/11, and proclaiming the existence of the American Empire.

  • @YoungandRestlessboy ok but be sure to include how Isreal buys it's world leaders and installs them in key positions from presidents to prime ministers.

  • fuck the rebels man. the empire rules.

  • thumbs up if you watched it not to make fune of presdiants but to hear the speech

  • @playstationrocks22 yea same here, i can't find one that is not modified

  • whoever compares this to Bush is a fucking retard. This is more along the lines of Obama. Not Defending Bush, in fact Ill say that Jar Jar's speech is more like bush, But this scariness is all straight liberalism.

  • i remember how everyone thought this scene was bush-hating propaganda and had bush fans "boycotting" the movie like they were gonna see it anyways.

  • rename it Obama's Next speech and you got the truth

  • @lgmmrm Obama is a liar and a populist, no doubt. But Bush almost became like this after 9/11.

He was feeding on peoples fears just like Hitler did

  • How easily it can happen...

  • 0:48 AGGHH!

  • "the...the Jedi (pronounced Jed-ee) have left me..scarred....and deformitized"

  • The United States will be reorganized into the first World Empire!

For a destructive and dominating society!

  • In order to ensure the security and continuing stability, the republic will be reorganized into the FIRST GALACTIC EMPIRE! for a safe and secure SOCIETY!

  • Obama at the next state of the union: The republican rebellion has been foiled. The

remaining Republicans will be hunted down and defeated. To ensure

the security and continuing stability The United States will be

re-organized into the First American Empire for a safe and secure Society!

  • @bisciboy...Obama is turning into something of an authoritarian leader who wields words with considerable guile, but he's not cunning (nor brutal) enough to stay on top. As it is, the Senate has considerable control over him, and, with no term limits in their way, the Senate is gaining ever more power. However, in the end, it will not be the Senate who is victorious, but, rather, the 'Palpatine' who can harness the Senate's power. You can disagree if you want...

  • @VanSisean

the senator has a term length being at 6 years.

  • @Tharris550...Yes, but they have an infinite amount of terms in which they can run and be reelected, hence the corruption.

  • He is more like Prime Minister Gordon Brown. He won't give up his seat.

  • Only one inaccuracy - the face of the "Emperor" is not Bush; it's now Obama. Regardless, they're one and the same.

  • Once more the Sith will rule the Galaxy!

  • naw this is more of Obama

  • FOR THE EMPIRE!!!

  • Luckily, this won't be Bush's next speech as he's no longer President of the United States.

I doubt that Bush would have been able to get away with a speech like this, thank god.

Still, we must be careful not to let anyone be able to do anything like what Palpatine said and later did.

  • Your just a moron, you realy are..........

  • This video should be renamed "obama's healthcare 'victory' speech
