They're referring to cude humor, not dark humor. This film has a baby pooping in a man's mouth, entire jokes centered around naked women having diarrhea, a 9 months pregnant woman with a baby kicking trying to make a man have sex with her, babies walking around with knives and electrocuting themselves...this sounds just more purely vulgar than actually dark.
