Now tell them how many die because of medical malpractice 195,000, car accidents (35-40 thousand)beat out gun deaths(18-24 thousand) but he dose bowling for columbine. @curwoodm66 Not getting my point iof he was soo concerned with people dying there are many other issues to bring up that kill more people every year. So lets just tell the truth. It's not about how many people die from Guns it's peoples fear of guns. I'm asuming your one of them. Did you know that thousands of children in Africa are forced to work in mines for scraps just so that you can have the semi precious metals in your cell phone. Dose that stop you from using it?

Yep people are exploited in the name of Capitalism all over the world, for mobile phones, TV's, everything. We all live under Capitalism. The clothes you and me are wearing right now were probably made by someone maybe a child in a third world country. Heath Care for profit is obscene. @jsh78mang Free health care is neither free or health care. My state already has it. My mother and sister both need Medicine one for thyroid the latter for asthma. Ma health dose not cover that because they make to much money. Minimum wage Your also forgetting one thing no one works for free. corporatism is capitalism they're one in the same they both exist purely to make profit, that's why kids make the clothes you and i wear, for, as you describe scraps, so that corporations can make lots of lovely profit, whilst those that make the clothes that you and I wear lead shit lives. Corporatism : : the organization of a society into industrial and professional corporations serving as organs of political representation and exercising control over persons and activities within their jurisdiction.

This is mostly what you live under as the big corps by votes with the lobbying power they pay for .

Your dictionary definition conveniently doesn't seem to mention to what lengths those who control Capitalism will go to in order to make their money, who they destroy and exploit. My country and yours went to war to secure their Capitalist interests and if you are one of those who still thinks that war is about weapons of mass destruction and fighting for freedom; then go to your dictionary and look up the word gullible.

Easy with Capatalism if you sell something bad you lose money and go out of business or get legal actions taken against you (most small or mom and pop businesess are like this). Corporatism you get socialistic bail outs because even tho you screwed millions you should be saved. As for the war thing I am still in disbelief that we could not have sent a small group of special ops to kill just the terrorists that attacked (leaders, heads, etc.)us not a full blown military action.
