You guys don't really need to advertise these refills. You just let us hear it and we want it, it's as simple as that. I reckon you just make these videos for the fun of it. :)
I like Reason/Record and all, but MAN do I hate how cocky that guy comes across as (even if it's "fake" over-the-top-cockiness for comedic purposes). That didn't exactly make me want to run out and buy this Refill more, even though it sounds pretty good...
@timkick2 I've got pretty good studio speakers (granted, nothing worth thousands of dollars), and they are pretty close to real. They're not perfect, and I'm sure half of it depends on the way they're sequenced with the note modifiers and such--but for what it's worth, it sounds like one of the more realistic sampled bass sets that I've come across.
Guess the 5 string range, slap, thumb, & pull samples will be released with electric bass v 2.0...whenever that is. I have this refill & I love it, but I still find myself running back to my old Roland XP60's sr-jv80 drum & bass expansion for the funky slaps & dynamics I need in many of my production...thank god I didn't sell it before I bought this, like I had planned to. This is a great refill, but it just doesn't cover all bases.... pun intended.
