It is a very interesting thing you bring up, for to say the Rangers, or the Marines go in first everytime, as almost every educated man knows is just a lie. However, I must argue with you when you say that Rangers and Green Berets are not anymore elite troops than Marines. For only a lunatic would dispute the fact the the average Ranger/ Green Beret is a high trained individual than the average Marine, for they are specially trained, where the Marine is right out of boot camp.
My older Cousian is a marine and they go through 13 weeks of boot as in the army for all around troops its 11 weeks it to me dosent matter if its army or marines they all do the same job but i do like the Marines and airborne better than rangers and berets.
Yes, however, once you are out of basic in the Army, you got to AIT. Then if you choose to be in a Ranger, you have to go to Airborne school. Then go to Ranger School. Therefore they spend more time in training. For Green Berets, you have to be Airborne quailified, speak another language, serve a certain time, among other things. You cannot say "I like the Marine and airborne better than rangers and berets," for the Rangers and Berets are part of the Airborne.
I am not sure who you were talking to, but if it was me, I would be honored for you to tell me which parts I was wrong on so I do not spread anymore lies. Please cite your sources also, because I am pretty confident in my information.
in some cases for enlisted guys who want to become green berets they're are contracts (18 X-Ray contracts) that put you through basic, ait, airborne, sf q-course. This is so you don't have to serve for 2-4 years before. Also you don't just go to ranger school and go into a ranger battalion, you have to go to all that other training similar to sf...its lasts from 6 months to a year

Turning Iraq into a successful country with a decent legal system, growing economy, good education, and freedom also plays an important part in a larger goal to modernize the region and eventually defeat the ideology of militant islam. It also discredits terrorist groups like al queda as beatable and weakens their image in the muslim world. It exposes them as fanatical punks with amateurish leadership and organization.

It is a very interesting thing you bring up, for to say the Rangers, or the Marines go in first everytime, as almost every educated man knows is just a lie. However, I must argue with you when you say that Rangers and Green Berets are not anymore elite troops than Marines. For only a lunatic would dispute the fact the the average Ranger/ Green Beret is a high trained individual than the average Marine, for they are specially trained, where the Marine is right out of boot camp.

My older Cousian is a marine and they go through 13 weeks of boot as in the army for all around troops its 11 weeks it to me dosent matter if its army or marines they all do the same job but i do like the Marines and airborne better than rangers and berets.

Yes, however, once you are out of basic in the Army, you got to AIT. Then if you choose to be in a Ranger, you have to go to Airborne school. Then go to Ranger School. Therefore they spend more time in training. For Green Berets, you have to be Airborne quailified, speak another language, serve a certain time, among other things. You cannot say "I like the Marine and airborne better than rangers and berets," for the Rangers and Berets are part of the Airborne.

in some cases for enlisted guys who want to become green berets they're are contracts (18 X-Ray contracts) that put you through basic, ait, airborne, sf q-course. This is so you don't have to serve for 2-4 years before. Also you don't just go to ranger school and go into a ranger battalion, you have to go to all that other training similar to sf...its lasts from 6 months to a year

But it's entirely possible that he or members of his regime would have given weapons of mass destruction to terrorists. And that threat can't be stressed enough.
