@thewakkydude It becomes slightly confusing with whether it's licensed in the country that this is hosted in. Which I assume is the U.S. Kotaku has an agreement to do some episodes so it's a bit blurry. It's probably Infringement though, worst that will happen is a C&D and then maybe account being shut down.
