I here different things about this....that the design allows for a novel step up of electrical voltage OR that the molecules are fractured in a novel way...which is it, anybody?
@wotan237: The theory is that the WFC is a tank LC circuit. You simply find the resonant freq. I think the circuit builds up a very high voltage oscillating wave form on a DC vltg. The high voltage then rips apart the water molecule, not like conventional electrolysis(brute force) This is like pushing your kid on a swing a little at a time and before you know it whoop over the top ;-) I understand the secret is drawing ambient energy, not battery, on each voltage spike.
Ok I understand it but what is the difference in the output of hydrogen when compared to the change in time duration, frequency and pulse cutoff?
You couldn't use it for powering a vehicle with that method could you? Wouldn't it be easier to use computer control to adjust the output of the hydrogen with a small storage tank or is the increased output enough to accelerate a vehicle quickly in an emergency?
I saw the video of Stan and his VW dune buggy on here and it seemed quite impressive.
pls can you mail instructions of assembly and parts to my mail,monsieur_germain@yahoo.com
Thanks

and how is this important to the water fuel project?

where can I find step by step instructions of assembly along with a list of parts?
I have lots of time and nothing to do! So not just talking here!
if I could build these things and power my house and my car, why not.

@karllegaladvice Send me your email and I will send a link to Stanley Meyers Notes and Research

@hydrogenwaterfuel Could I get in on that? I have a decent cell but no pulse.
