To find out about the police informant thing you might want to talk to Harry Connick Sr. He has stories about his son playing down on Bourbon Street with Mac Rebennack and them.  Connick Sr. says the only time he ever pulled favor with the police was having a cruiser sit outside the club. I have it in my mind that Connick Sr. lined up lessons with Booker for his son. That might be in the film....

Hm.. I've never heard anything about Booker being a police informant and Henry never told me that story. So no, it won't be in the film. Do you have any other evidence that it's true?

good luck, cant wait for the full works. i saw a henry butler interviewer which he said booker was a police informant, wondered if that is mentioned in this film ?
