@Zeuzbmr: Yes, most throws are legal to hit in Freestyle but as they say, in Greco-Roman, it's illegal to touch below the waist. The one thing that is not mentioned here, is at this calibur, you don't see many fancy throws because, plainly put, they're just too good. Greco has the most beautiful throws I've ever seen. @zeuzbmr in freestyle all throws in judo are allowed but many are hard to hit without the gi.There are many throws common to both judo and wrestling anyway,just called different names.

I went to Jr. High and High school with John. I he was a year younger than me. You should have seen him wrestle those average schoolboys. It was incredible.  Later, he could do that low leg single on the best wrestlers in the qworld with them fully anticipating it. The locals all knew how good he was and were all still blown away by his accomplishments.
