Everybody is spying on everyone. If Chinese spies were caught in Australia or in the US, they would be prosecuted & China can do nothing but express concern. I think the credo for spies is don't get caught. It is a game that everybody plays and its only wrong when a spy is caught red handed. The only difference between China and the alleged democracies of the west is that when caught, China butts out while the west butts in as if it was right when they're doing it & they deserve an explanation.
