@xryanxbeastx33 It's playing the objective of the game. Getting the guy who killed you has nothing to do with payback. In the video, he came and attacked the rushing team. He now has a jump on the team and in a position to steal tickets from unsuspecting teammates. Killing him prevents ticket loss. As for points, you get 50 every time you hit the objective, plus and extra 10 if you are in a squad, then 250 for destroying it. Plus any pins you get on the way. Can't see your argument.

I don't play rush because the game always seems so tilted in favor of the attackers. I mean 4/5 times when I'm attacker I win, and 4/5 times when I'm defender I lose. WIth a GOOD squad.

i love the team play in this game but every tim i plug in my mic no one in the squad talks i find that funny that someone would start a tacticl game typle and decide to go all rambo

@alipallyzx Yeah me too. For some reason no one ever has a mic in for this game. Going rambo on defense is fine by me, as long as you are taking tickets from the attackers while keeping them off the M-COMs. On attack, playing alone is not always bad. It is wasting tickets that's bad. With or without a squad, If you can take out the objective you are playing the game as it was intended.

Why is this a cheap move? I often run mines with extra explosives. I line the MCOMM with mines, my squad mate C4's it, I arm, the enemy runs in, he hits the C4, kills them all, and gets the MCOMM. Reload, rinse, and repeat.

If you could repair the MCOM, there would be constant back and forth attack and repair games that would take hours and make boring games. Having this as part of the game makes for dynamic gameplay that forces the attacking team to take action. As a team you need to be aware of how you are being attacked and adjust to the situation. Each map plays very different and this is just one way to play a small part of a map that has five parts.

When BFBC2 first came out, I was the first to complain about tactics like this. It is no different than sitting back to mortar the hell out of the MCOM or loading the ATV up with C4. What you have to realize is that this is all part of the game to keep things moving and not get boring. A conscious decision was made when the developers settled on having to arm the MCOM not be the only way to destroy it.

@g0ni I can't see your analogy here. Tubing and one man armying all game makes it difficult for others to kill you while you ravage them. The MCOM is why you are playing the game. Attacking it anyway possible is the entire objective. If the defending team is paying attention, it's easy to stop.

@combobreakerDOTcom Killing the MCOM like this is the same as tubing/OMA on deathmatch. You're using a lame/cheap tactic to accomplish the objective. If you had a team of guys firing mortars at enemy spawn, suiciding, spawning, and repeating, would that be acceptable to you? (I've never played a sniper in BFBC2, but I think you get my point). But with that being said, I still enjoy most of your videos, just not these lame ones :)

@g0ni Look. There are lots of balance issues with MW2, that's why the tubing/OMA style pisses everyone off. The developers failed at balancing customizations and power. in BFBC2, this balance issue does not exist. Any attack method is easily stoppable if the defending team recognizes what to do. The loading screen says it all, "To win, destroy all the M-COM stations by planting charges, or USING EXPLOSIVE WEAPONS". If the tactic was hard to prevent, I would agree, but anyone can just kill you.

@g0ni Let's think about what the defenders are doing the entire time if this actually does work. NOTHING. They're sitting there camping behind the machine guns and trying to find ways to snipe the attackers without exposing themselves. There is a clear counter-tactic that was demonstrated in CombobreakerDOTcom's video: encroach the attacker and fucking shoot him in the face. What's this concept of "acceptable"? After you win the game says, "You Won! However, it was unacceptable." Never saw that.

I love how people say this is cheap. How about you get some recons to take them out? OR not sit behind your MCOMs, and be infront of them like you're supposed to?

If you think constantly running into the MCOM and arming it is a better idea, you're just wasting tickets. On a random pub game, how often does that work? 30% if they're decent, 70% if they're shit.

Most tactics that require different thinking are considered 'cheap' and 'being a bitch' because the enemies are too dumb.

@TheKrisSmitty It does piss me off at times as well, but it is part of the game. If it was that cheap the developers would have made it not possible to damage the MCOM. It is easy to stop. Just switch to the Recon class at your next spawn and take the attacker out. It's an easy headshot.
