Cut those string at the top :D

Pickup installation [ or anything that recquires soldering, as i dont have a soldering iron atm :( ]

The strings are fine especaily when your in a gig and break a string its an easy wip off and wip on another one while short can be a bit fiddly

i think its not the wrong tuning, just a little out of tune :P what tuning u normally use? cos the strings get 'used' to it, so they may be reverting back towards that usual tuning, sounds like u normally have it higher than this
