@iliveonjupiter at first it difficult to talk, facial muscles are aching and salivate a lot, but after you get used to and learn to speak with the stretcher, however can be removed as it isn't fixed
@odontoapuntex I have a bite plate in and that was difficult to talk with at first, but now my speech is ok. That thing looks like it would fill your entire mouth
How the hell are you supposed to speek with that in?
