@LukeXgamer ithink theyre sick and both of those cars are substantially faster ifyou just take the limiters off.. about $150 worth of work to them.. both cars are capable of almost 200mph and a cl55 amg cls amg and clk amg are all capable of over 200mph minus the limiters.. with that said.. all of the amg's stated are faster than that jag stock and any of these cars are much faster if you spend $150 to take them to a speed shop and take those limiters off. no this car is not faster
@WannaBFoxRacer This car hit 225MPH with hardly any mods, and that was the XFR saloon version, it's on here, look it up. Not only will this kick their arse but the saloon does aswell.
@LukeXgamer ha.. no look up the mercedes cl 55 amg orthe clk 55 amg without the limiters then compare them... even theni believe both of those cars can beat 4.8 seconds for 0-100km/h without any mods
@WannaBFoxRacer And I couldn't tell the diiference between either on the street. 4,2 to 4.5 seconds is hardly anything. The jag without a limiter will kick it's arse in the long run.
@LukeXgamer give me some research thatbacks that up and ill believe you... but just looking at it.. who has more money to put into r&d on these cars? who has had the more reliable and faster race cars? who has had the faster street cars? my money is with Mercedes eventhough jaguar was owned by ford when the base of this particular car was made.... and i love ford to the grave

@LukeXgamer you are wrong on mpg, no where near as good as a porsche, im not been biest, my dad had the 4.2 xkr, that did at most 20-22 on an average trip, thats been generous, we can get about 25-30 out of his carrera s pdk, and he dont really drive like a pussy
@oliverb96 You're comparing a naturally aspirated V6 to a 4.2 supercharged V8... of course it will take more fuel. The newer 5.0 XKR models fair much differently to the 4.2 models in terms of fuel consumption.
@LukeNAESA10 well.. flat six. we were looking at getting either a maseratie or one of the new xkr's at christmas.. stuck with the porsche. but i remember them saying that they fuel consumption was slightly better than the 4.2. but i dont think it will be as good as the porsche.. just gunna google it.. if im wrong, ill get ack to you!

@oliverb96 Actually Jaguar underestimate their 0-60 times, they said the 2011 XKR does 0-60 in 4.4 seconds, when it actually does it in 4 seconds. So ultimately, their fuel consumption numbers will be wrong. And your arguement is completely invalid anyways, considering you're comparing a V6 to a supercharged V8. And just for the road, what makes you think independant car reviewer is unbiased? I'm in the right mind to thinking your dad never had an XKR.

@oliverb96 Actually it ever faster then 4.4 seconds. Car and Driver tested it and reached 60 mph in 4.0 seconds flat.
