To do this you will need to change the original menu texture package and Music if you want so is a good idea to keep a backup of the originals.

The files are: Textures: 2K4Menus.utx

Music: KR-UT2004-Menu.ogg

I changed the original texture package with new textures and then i kept a backup of the untouched original package.
