I had a boyfriend when I was 18 who wrote me a letter with the words from this song. That was almost 40 yrs. ago. wow...so long ago. Tho we didn't stay together...the letters and pics I held onto forever. He passed at the age of 50. I didn't know until the next year. 2 1/2 yrs later the house I lived in burned down...letters too. Fortunately I had all of my pics at my parents home. It's all memories...but good ones. Brings tears now.
