jumoke! i've been following you on your journey and i gotta say, i'm really proud of you dude. raw foods diet...how do you feel? do you feel like you have enough energy to get on with your day? how many raw meals do you eat daily? does it feel like this diet is working so far?
Some days i feel like i have lots of energy and some days i don't .. i snack on raw foods through my whole day .. I feel different i think we will have to wait a few more days to figure out if i think its working .. but so far i think its doing it's job

No heck yeah man thats good, the one meal thats not raw food is good. I do that now a days i eat it at my dinner, dont know if its good idea to eat it that late but eating fruit and vegetables all day then comeing home to that sweet meal is cool for me.

I wanted to do the Master Cleanse program for about a month then start a balanced raw food/organic diet with alkalinized foods and juices. I read that it's important that you start that sort of thing with a clean system. Hope it goes well for me lol
