Sounds like an overdrive pedal and some reverb. Not much else that I can hear. A good overdrive pedal will only cost you about $100 USD and a reverb will be on most amps. It won't be necessarily the best, but it'll do it's job.

mate i just can't say how much i love this solo seriously. I would say that this is best vid on youtube, atleast best Comfortably Numb pulse solo, that's what i think and keep this up, u should do this for living

oh, and the bends.. Sounds like your strings are attached 'wrong', because it sounds and looks like rather thin strings, but you still have to bend them very far, and that makes the bends off often. What I mean by saying the strings are attached 'wrong' is that they're tied wrong at the head-stocks, which could result in that problem. A friend of mine's g-string has to be bent all the way up the fretboard to bend just two steps.

Hmm.. Great stuff. It's really amoung the better ones on youtube, but if you don't mind some critics:

Your timing's a bit off; makes the solo loose the lovely sound. Your tone's a bit too bright. I also feel it lacks soul, rather than just being copied. And I wouldn't mind the part around 3:20 to sound more like my video, and less like a siren.

But keep it up! :D
