All it does is take the Federal Law, turns it into state law, so the state can enforce it sense the Federal Government wont. There is NOTHING in the bill that allows an officer to walk up to you on the street and demand your papers and there is NOTHING that targets any race. Arizona will just use this as another way to get money out of their citizens. Revenues down? No problem, have the police pull over random people (regardless if they are obviously not illegals) and if they don't have their papers arrest them. Make them go to court. Make them pay huge fees. If you travel to Mexico, you will be asked to produce a valid identification or else you will be facing jail time.
