i can't make them go to lvl 9999,there's no "stronger enemies" bill to pass on land of carnage either,only on the normal village,do i have to pass the "weaker enemies" to activate the "stronger enemies" bill on LoC?

@kidkillerX Only the psp has it... The moves are awesome but sadly not in the old version... Same with magicchange and toss and pass... The worst part is that there is no Axel Mode! Axel is only my second favorite character though, My favorite is FLONNE!!!

What level should you be when you first try this? I think I'm pretty weak at the moment. I'm on Episode 12 on my first playthrough with 6 Level 119s and everything character I've got (about 20) Level 95s reincarnated.

@GenesisMav3rick To Beat this lvl i say u would need at least 2 charaters at lvl 3000, and thats with the "weaker enemies" bill maxed out. but you can still do this lvl in holt village, there u can just have a lvl 50, and kill them all. Even though i lvl up to 9999 in holt village, when u go to land of carnage, u gotta have GOOD armor put on adell, or else ur dead. Check out some of the vids on my channel to see how powerful LOC monster are.

@MegaBradley111 Are you making sure to butter up all the senators? Giving them stuff over and over again will make them love you. Start with the wood golems, they're the easiest and have a high influence in the senate if you haven't already. Oh bribery.

@MegaBradley111 Find a Senator that gave you an "Aye" and throw the lower level "Nay's" into him. That's about as straightforward best policy if you aren't strong enough to kill them.

before unlocking big bang and ordeal 4, my adell was 240 lvl,(to 240 lvl i was training in ordeal 1 +some SEB)now, i unlock big bang and lvl, guess wat?816 LEVEL!!!!!i also get flonne by solo using the resist fire skill(minus resistant) and vulcan blaze or big bang wif adell.SOLO!!!haha

This is exactly what i have been doing to level up.

But when i went to the senate to ask for stronger/strongest enemy it wouldnt let me saying "Limit has been reached" and they were only lvl 1280

but i only got 9 maps pretty much from the first item that i ever lvl'ed i went straight to lvl 30 for it but now the only pirates i get is ones i already beat and i dont get extra maps for the pirates i already beaten.

And i already seen all the ending except axels story and honestly the only real story i seen so far is adells story cuz the etna,laharal,unlock ending, lame but gameplay rules.

strange, with lift lvl up monsters in CoO1 u should reach lvl 200 with ease at least Adel, and at lvl 200 u should be able to do CoO4 just fine I think. no stronger monsters bill of course.....

make a whole bunch of armoured knights, equip them with shoes to make them move 6, have them lift a felynn(or other strong character) that is a high enough level to beat the zombie. remember to only use 8 knights, and have another strong person in your base (to kill the guys on the arm) throw the strong character all the way to the lion head, spend a turn putting everyone in place, then throw the strong character over the gaps

(cause the knights throw 6) and kill the zombie. use someone who can throw the geo panel aside to get to the zombie ( or, in my case, train a felynn with extra gain to get high level spells and just keep pounding him) then take out the guys on the arm and you should be done. ill try to get a video of this uploaded. make a note, if you cant reach the zombie with your abilities, and cant throw the symbol aside, you're pretty much screwed., if you have anymore questions jusy message me :3

I think he means 'trick' in the sense that it is one of the fastest ways to level up. Just turn off attack animations and have at it.  Increase enemy level with bills as needed.
