Excelent idea, let's get the historial of each piece of reg, incl of who/what started it and why/what the plan was. In the meantime, not "buy" any of the USA-style business, law, or judicial regs & practices, otherwise EU will be as self-destruct as USA & will practice such abherrations as jailing a mother for 40 years for the kidnapping her own child (vide Maria José Carrascosa).
