Do u copy everything from the .zip folder to the root of the SD card. Then turn off the phone and hold the decline button and the volume up button.

@fiskmasen99 you do realize that its not actually out yet,,,announced yes...sdk yes...but the actual source..no...once the source is released there will be actual working roms that will blow anything away in the speed department
