All you have to do is let off the gas put it in reverse then switch it back to drive and slam on the gas again and you get a quick booster!

I forgot to ask if Crazy Taxi 2 lets you pick up fares underwater. The first Crazy Taxi had fares that you could pick up by driving into the water. If I remember correcly (my Dreamcast is currently boxed away) these fares were even wearing scuba gear. How cool is that?

Maybe you could do a side-by-side comparison between Crazy Taxi and The Simpsons Road Rage. In 2003 Sega sued EA and Fox Interactive for copyright infringement. I know that when I first sat down to play Road Rage my first thought was "hey, this is Crazy Taxi with the Simpsons characters thrown in." EA settled out of court.

I had Crazy Taxi 1 for my original Dreamcast.

When I got rid of it i missed it. I saw the game really cheap for PS2, but it was not right to buy it for PS2 because I always thought of it as belonging on the Dreamcast.

I have now got another Dreamcast, but not Crazy Taxi. The only Crazy Taxi game I have is Crazy Taxi 3 for PC. That's quite a good one.

I will be getting this game on the Dreamcast again soon though.

I know how to burn game files onto a CD using just regular disk utility in mac.

I know they don't make dreamcast games anymore, but I prefer to pay £4 to get a box, proper game and cover. And there's only a £3 difference because you have-to buy the CD anyway.

All the maps are present (Arcade from CT and Small Apple from CT2), but not all five maps are present, yet all drivers are present (after completeing Crazy X).

Hey, i was wondering if you could help me with dreamcast burning..i have a few games such as jet grind radio and marvel vs capcom 2 that i got from a buddy that were burnt that work flawlessly but whenever i burn the dreamcast just stops playing them after a while...it just stops reading randomly and the screen freezes. I use alcohol and disc juggle (both full versions)

Burn at a slower speed, buy a different brand of CDR and lastly keep in mind playing burnt games works the laser harder and will shorten its life. Your DC may be having problems reading the games because the laser is wearing out.

Hey, about your reply earlier i herd that theres a specific disc drive burner that burns dreamcast games properly... when i use my laptop burner it seems to burn and work better in my dc then from my desktops burner.. if you know about anything regarding that please let me know id appreciate it!

One of my old roomates had a dreamcast in the living room and Crazi Taxi 2 was definitely a favorite with almost everyone that tried it out that and Chu Chu Rocket, Worms World Party and Samba de Amigo. Thank god he also had so many controllers.
