  • This is the wrong song for him should have played can't touch this for "MC Hammer!!" (MC=Mark Coleman) XD.

  • @jamesellis33 hahaha classic

  • mark coleman only beat bums and he was a BUM!

  • @dels323 Means he's the champions of BUMS.

  • A very important person in the field of fighting. Showed that with a strength and conditioning program and Wrestling, you can defeat and black belt martial artist. Coleman is just as important as Bruce Lee in my book.

  • @ramrod20042000 Igor Vovchanchyn wasn't a bum

  • Well see, almost all of them roided. Not the one-time wonders, but those who won again and again. Mark Kerr made no secret of the roiding, and Mark Coleman shouldn't make people believe he did not roid.

Roid meant a higher chance to win, especially when you technically (like Mark Kerr) sucked.

  • what the hell, why are the pride reffs so small, that guy looks like a child going for a ride on his dads legs!

  • slow....trash....CHUTE BOXE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • slow...

  • Mark Coleman King of UFC & PRIDE

  • Look at he against Minotauro........ Minotauro is just fuking amazing!!look how he finish Mark Coleman's ground and pound!!! yeaa

  • wat name the music ???

  • @gaxxxxxxx Soundtrack to the movie Rockstar.

  • Damn, such a great wrestler...if he and randleman had learned some good sub defense the would have been even deadlier!!!

  • Fedor Emelianenko made him look like a bitch.

  • some people dont realize some people go to a different place when fighting and some times its hard to turn off right away thats what probably happened at the end

  • warrior!!!

  • I loved when he taped

  • great fighter ...but never really evolved past wrestling

  • i don't care if Coleman used steroids or not, more than half the athletes today use them and some of them aren't half as good as Coleman was in his prime.

steroids or not, the man was a beast and had THE BEST takedowns in the business. guys like Brock and Carwin are bigger and they get their takedowns stuffed all the time, in Coleman's heyday if he wanted to take you down he would, period.

  • @PancakeSprawl have you ever thought that guys nowadays are learning wrestling?

  • @f9hunter wrestling is centuries old, it didn't just pop up during the UFC. there was a lot of wrestlers that he outwrestled in the octagon like Dan Severn, Don Frye etc., you must not have seen Coleman or know his background. the guy beat Kurt Angle in a wrestling match. it's not like the game "evolved" so much that people learn wrestling. like i said, wrestling is old.

  • @PancakeSprawl yeah wrestling is centuries old, however not everyone back then learnt wrestling and even put a lot of time into it. my point was to your case that you said guys like brock and shane getting their take downs stuffed, maybe because the guys they are fighting are more well rounded.

  • @f9hunter and i'm saying maybe it's because he's a world class olympic caliber wrestler and they aren't, maybe that has a little something to do with it right?

  • not to mention he's a lot smaller than they are.

  • @PancakeSprawl it does not matter dude, new age, new fighters and new setups need to be done to get that take down, you need good striking to set that take down up nowadays. Lesnar has bad striking, carwin has average striking but with ridiculous power. But look at a guy like Cain or GSP. sets them up real nicely, it is all about being well rounded nows. so comparing Coleman to lesnar/carwin is not really a big deal because they both have average technique when it comes to striking.

  • @f9hunter yea it does matter because everyone knew what Coleman was going to do and HE STILL GOT THE TAKEDOWN. of course the game evolves, but it's still not harder because the wrestlers have evolved with it too. Coleman's takedowns are amongst the best. Lesnar and Carwin's striking screwing their takedowns? lol, i'm sure it has nothing to do with they try to use their power instead of technique right? those guys are not even close to being Coleman's caliber of wrestler.

  • @PancakeSprawl lols you are to be delusional if you think striking has nothing to do with success rate of take downs now. How did wrestling involve? the take downs are still the same, there might be little tweeks in the technique to avoid guillotines and what not but it is still the same. Back then take down defense was not a big thing, especially in japan. the reason why GSP is so successful with his take downs because he mixes up striking well with his take downs. Lesnar/Carwin suck @ that.

  • @f9hunter i'm not delusional you just don't understand what i'm saying. yes, striking DOES matter to setup takedowns, that's the point, Coleman's striking sucks and HE STILL GOT THE TAKEDOWN. because he's a better wrestler. did you even read what i said before? COLEMAN BEAT KURT ANGLE IN WRESTLING. real wrestling. who did Brock or Carwin ever beat? Coleman was an olympic caliber wrestler. you ever see Daniel Cormier he's the same kind of caliber wrestler.

  • @PancakeSprawl i dont really care who beat who in WRESTLING. I care about who beat who in MMA. Colemans lack of striking didnt really matter if the guys he fought back in the day had shitty take down defense.

  • @f9hunter yes, in fact, it does matter. because he has taken down guys like Fedor, Igor Vovchanchyn, Shogun,

if he was in his prime i'd put money on him taking Lesnar and Carwin and probably anyone else down in MMA. the guy was a freak of nature. i don't think he'd beat them, but his wrestling pedigree and actual wrestling skill in the octagon was pretty mucn unrivaled. Lesnar shoots sloppy and Carwin is too slow. i don't think you know anything about wrestling.

  • @PancakeSprawl really shogun? who hasnt taken shogun down? im not saying his wrestling is shit, im just saying i dont think he can hang with the best in HW nowdays, the game has grown and is much more about top position and GNP. coleman back in his prime with his skill set would still get tapped and beat, plus majority of the fighters he fought back in pride, he was the much larger and stronger man.

  • @f9hunter Carwin and Lesnar have much bigger weight advantages and better striking than Coleman, YET COLEMAN HAS TAKEN DOWN ALMOST EVERYONE HE'S EVER FOUGHT. i never said he could hang with the HW's today, i said IN HIS PRIME HE COULD TAKE ANY OF THESE HW'S DOWN. because he's an olympic caliber wrestler. you won't find many wrestlers in MMA today who had a better takedown,. that's what i'm saying. so it seems you're arguing something that has nothing to do with what i'm talking about.

  • @PancakeSprawl how do you know coleman can take any of the HW's down? he could get KO'd before he even thinks about shooting in. Maybe he could do it in his prime but in his prime he was taking down some low level competition and guys not real heavyweights. Carwin and Lesnar might not have the Olympic caliber skills but they have a LOT of weight on coleman, and weight is a huge thing. Personally i think Carwin could knock Coleman out before coleman even shoots a double.Your too much of a fan boy

  • @f9hunter i'm not a fan boy you're just an idiot who has no reading comprehension whatsoever. do you even know what i'm talking about or what? it's like talking to a wall. if Coleman got in deep, he'd take any of these guys down in his prime. just like Kurt Angle would take any of these guys down. it's not fucking rocket science. sure these guys could get knocked out or whatever, but i'm no talking about him beating any of these guys, I'M STRICTLY TALKING ABOUT HIS WRESTLING

  • @f9hunter how do i know he would take any of the HW's down?? BECAUSE HE'S A MUCH BETTER WRESTLER THAN ANY OF THE OTHER HWS BARRING DANIEL CORMIER RIGHT NOW. let me remind you once again, i did not EVER say he'd beat ANY of them, what i'm SIMPLY saying is his wrestling ability was light years ahead of everyone else in his day. so much so, that even today if you threw a hungry 245-250lb Coleman in the UFC, he'd be able to take a lot of these guys down.

  • the game is much more about top game? do you even know who Coleman is?? he invented the "top game". he's the one who pioneered Ground and Pound. i think you need to learn to read, and look up these people you're trying to slight because obviously you have no idea about anything that happened in the early years of MMA.

  • @PancakeSprawl what i meant was, the sport now is more than just top position and gnp, and that is what coleman can only do. If you think about it he only won most his fights in japan...Japan is not known for having the best talent in the world. Yeah they had cro cop, nogueria, fedor but he did not beat any of them, and when coleman was in the ufc he lost 3 in a row...goes to japan to fight a bunch of cans-returns to the ufc and doesnt do so well..u can say his out of his prime. u mad bro

  • @f9hunter nope i'm not mad, you're just ignorant COLEMAN WAS A UFC CHAMPION. you seem to automatically think i'm saying he'd be anywhere near as good as any fighter today, i'm which is not what i'm saying. if you actually read what i'm typing then you'd realize that from the very beginning of this all i said was he was one of the greatest wrestlers that ever came into MMA. and you seem to think great wrestling = best MMA fighter ever or something absolutely ridiculous.

  • @PancakeSprawl dude i know his one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, but you said Brock and Carwin get their take downs stuffed...then i commented saying the game has fucking changed bro. its not bloody Japan where guys had little to none take down defense. 80% of all fighters are well rounded and just wrestling is not enough to get the take down. Which is why Lesnar gets his take downs stuffed because his striking sucks. you lose dip shit. later nut sack.

  • @f9hunter Japan not having the best talent in the world??? LMAO, they had the best talent in the world for a while. are you Dana White or something? you should get off the UFC's nuts. when UFC was putting out guys like glass jaw Arlovski and Tim the Brainiac Sylvia, PRIDE had Quinton Jackson, you know, the guy fighting for the title next weekend. Sakuraba, one of the greatest MMA fighters, Fedor, Nogueira, Igor Vovchanchyn, Shogun, Arona, Kerr, Coleman, Randleman, CroCop, the list goes on

  • @PancakeSprawl That is why when they come to the US they get smashed right. LOls as i said, your too much of a fan boy.

  • @f9hunter Rampage KO'd Chuck twice, held the UFC LHW title, Shogun KO'd Lyoto and won the UFC LHW title.

Chuck went to PRIDE and got murdered by Rampage. sure people lose, but it has nothing to do with what organization they fought in. who are you Dana White? lolz, can't win the wrestling argument so you try to change it to a UFC vs PRIDE argument. you're a fail troll.

  • @PancakeSprawl um of course talent pool in an org has to do with ones success, in this case coleman with colemans skill set back in the day and put him in the cage now, he would get smashed, and would go down to LHW, o rite he still got smashed. Ur just mad bro. your getting mad because i said your hero could not cut in todays UFC. plus he was on PED's.

  • @f9hunter lol at hero, i'm just saying you have no idea what you're talking about, there was a lot of guys who had takedown defense that he took down. you are an idiot, you probably have never even watched MMA before SpikeTV. i've already said many times on the guys he's taken down that has good/great takedown defense. many of these guys were in AMERICA not JAPAN idiot. Coleman would get smashed BUT HE WOULD TAKE THEM DOWN. i guarantee it. THAT is what you fail to comprehend.

  • @f9hunter all you do is fail dude. you have no idea what the difference between taking people down at will and WINNING THE FIGHT. i never said he'd win, but any of these he'd takedown. so please, don't waffle on about "he's on PED's bla bla bla, Brock's striking sucks that's why he can't get takedowns" no dude, Randy Couture fucking CONTROLLED THE SHIT OUT OF HIM. why? not because he was a better striker, but because he's a BETTER WRESTLERS JUST LIKE COLEMAN

  • @f9hunter you have no idea what you're talking about, PRIDE which is what you like to refer to as "Japan" because you don't know wtf you're talking about, WAS THE TOP ORGANIZATION AT THE TIME. did you read that? this guy you're trying to slight like Coleman was in the BETTER ORGANIZATION.

  • @PancakeSprawl sorry bro didnt see the notification. Um back to Coleman being in the "best" org- the best org that when they go to the states for some reason they start losing...

This has nothing to do with colemans' takedowns. but just so you remember-coleman has one KNOWN fixed fight...who knows how many of the others weren't fixed...

we going to agree to disagree so you have a good day-ta

  • @f9hunter nobody started losing when they went to the states. you still clearly, have no idea what you're talking about. look at Alistair Overeem, he just destroyed Lesnar.

they didn't start losing because they went to the states, they started losing because they're old, passed their primes, and a new generation is coming up.

you forget how many people went from the STATES to JAPAN and lost. Mark Kerr, Coleman, Kevin Randleman, Chuck Liddell.

  • @f9hunter Well you have to take into account that hes old as fuck. If you took a young colman and put him with todays fighters he rule. Simply take them down and smash them. Big wrestlers will always have the advantage. Sakuraba was a catch wrestlers and used his basic wrestling to destroy the Gracies. Ive always felt a good turtle will beat a good guard.

  • coleman with wrestling shoes + headbutts = no can defend

  • Mark Coleman is my ex boyfriend and I'm proud to say, he was the best bottom I ever had!

    (just kidding, Coleman rules :)

  • Mark Coleman is a fucking steriod pussy

  • why would u put one of him tapping out

  • @ckbreakdancer to show that he's human too wahahhahaha.

  • coleman my favorite mma fighter! war hammer!

  • No matter how washed up a has been is, they made the sport what it is now. These poor guys were out there fighting bare knuckle, with pretty much no rules. They got beat the hell up fighting sometimes twice a day and all these rules we have now are enforced because of their suffering. Yeah they were on pain killers or steroids but a lot of them had to be because the rules and pay sucked tremendously. The UFC sadly is now just a job, back then it was a human experiment.

  • coleman was great - but i honestly think he was on roids

  • @sisudo21 Oh of course he was big time. Alot of the wrestlers were. Don, Frank, Ken, Kevin, Kerr etc. Thats why the fighter in the East started taking them. Roids dosent just make you stronger it helps you recover from injuries also.It feels your joints with water so it dose help if your fighting at the pace that they did.

  • @sisudo21 Obviously. hes american.

  • @sisudo21 no way why you think that? maybe he has been training since a young age ever thought about that. iv been accused of bein of roids but baby i been working out since i was 16 and now im 23 whaaaaat!?

  • chael sonnen sucks dick

  • @lilmack94 so random, yet so true.

  • hahah at Chael Sonnen "Coleman is a BUM"

  • There should be a movie based on his comeback in the Pride Grand Prix. It should be entitled "The Hammer" and Vin Diesel should play the part.

  • Coleman was a 1 trick pony. Yeah, he was awesome back in the day when he outpowered every1. But lack of stand up skills meant he was left in the dust of all the other great fighters he fought. The Cro cop fight is an absolute joke. He quit. The guy was all roids all wrestling n no skill

  • @thuganomics84

And you think that cro cop and alot of other pride fighters were NOT on the juice? lol

  • this song was in rockstar

  • God I miss Pride FC. Little rules and lots of roids made for absolutely awsome fights. Colman had that cat trapped in north south and kneed him into oblivion! That shit was great! Awesome video!

  • LMFAO 1:23 vs Nobuhiko Takada at Pride 5, why don't you put the last minute of that fight in your highlights????

Mark Coleman is a disgrace, the king o fixed fights. LOL... pitiful...

If you don't know what I talking about google it, watch the fight. Pride 5, Coleman vs Nobuhiko Takada.

    Fuck Coleman.

  • i cant believe he was cut from the ufc. thats fuckin stupid

  • este gajo e um monstro

  • wtf is with the shittt tri / ab around the two miniute mark?

  • Coleman wAS A BEAST wHEN he was in his fighter prime...too bad he has fallen off in his last fight..But he looked great in the Bonnar fight at UFC 100,and is still an all-time legend...Even Fedor respected him and called him a Great Fighter & Legend...Coleman means as much to early MMA as Couture to today's UFC !

  • who is the guy at 2:25?

  • of all the successful fighters i hate watching colman the most except when he losing!!! ( probably the only 1 i hate to watch)

his style is shit to watch even his take-downs sum times look like crap

he only does wrestling almost never punches, only on the ground... boring!!

and he probably on sum thing like roids

he's just shit to watch end listen to!!

even didn't have respect en that last fpart of movie for fighter that broken his arm! waaw wat a legend..

  • 3:02 haha I didn't know the hammer could sing like that

  • all hail the first ufc heavy weight champion

  • LOL at 3:03! Imagine Mark Coleman's voice was that high XD

  • Mark "The has-been" Coleman.

    Good riddence.

  • @spymak7 he'd crush you sir

  • @spymak7 shut the fuck up mark coleman is a legend in the sport and has acomplished more than you could ever hope to in life you little bitch.

  • @JTJV2

Hardly. He's a washed up old punk, nothing more.

He's almost as pitiful as you, kid.

  • The godfather of ground and pound

  • Damn roider

  • @H3XZOc like 99.9% of all other UFC fighters =P

  • I was so scared of Mark when I was younger. Everyone was. He was the Brock Lesnar back then. He would dump people on their face and "hammer" them until they tapped or were KOed. I wish he would do that to Tito Ortiz.

  • Mark Coleman Is The Man!

  • Lol at 3:55, just throws the ref away like a rag doll

  • Coleman was a monster, still a great athlete

  • Coleman was a BEAST

  • Coleman is SHIT!!!! I can kick his fucking ass

  • @CHAOSDEATHCULT Get to it, tough guy. I'm sure he wouldn't turn you down.

  • @CHAOSDEATHCULT in your dreams you little faggot

  • Fedor was a fan of Mark Coleman's ground and pound which fuled a lot of his recent popularity. 1:44 - Josh "Chi Chiii" Barnett-o in his corner.

  • Coleman was good, but without the roids and pills, he lost a lot from 2001 and on.

  • I like Mark Coleman

  • ground and pound king!!!!

  • 2:27-2:43 wtf is that other dumb amateur doing?

  • CropCop kicked his ass hard ;]

  • you can't say anything bad about coleman, anyone who was around during early UFC was a beast,

just look at him VS Don Fry in the first 30 seconds

  • Why are they showing him tapout in a highlight video?

  • @elvislvr111 because everyone will loose sometime

  • @elvislvr111 Well there is no shame in tapping out to Minotauro or Fedor, they are two immortal masters of submissions in MMA...and Coleman has a long & distinguished list of accomplihements...even the fights he lost will forver live in MMA

    history , hah hah hah...

  • @retrab in his prime he was a legend.

lateron no more... he focused solely on wrestling and only wrestling today wont bring you far in the evolved MMA

  • WTF at 3:57? Colman was a beast.

  • dam coleman is a monster

  • Can't argue with that. It's definately zakk on guitar, and I know zakk was innda movie.

  • METAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I hope Dana White keeps Coleman around for one more fight. He looked good against Bonner and he gutted it out against Shogun. I wanna see him fight Tito. They have a score to settle.

  • I've heard a version of that song in the movie "Rock Star". Mark walberg sang it on stage with the movie band. Steel dragons. Movie credits gave Trevor Rabin as writer of most music for the movie sound track.

  • a version? this IS that same one dude. lisen to zakk wylde's guitar, he's the one that did the guitar for that movie

  • what's the name of the song?

  • blood pollution by steel dragon

  • Was gutted watching coleman vs randy, coleman really hasn't aged well =(.

  • Ditto. Coleman is a legend, but time is the greatest equaliser.

  • @S67Snail

He's probably still in better shape than you

  • @rudenoodle So?....

  • @S67Snail

So, want me to make stool on chest?

  • @S67Snail Randy wasn't in this video

  • @asmilesa I know...I was talking about when they fought in the UFC...

  • @S67Snail Well I would agree that he's aged less than gracefully -- must be the 'roids.

@raphaelportugal -- why do you put a clip of Coleman getting subbed in a highlight video

  • wtf, i wanna see 47 year old guys fighting like him!

    he's champ brow!

  • @S67Snail yup. he was just a shriveled remnant of his old self. Randy couture IS his old self.

  • @S67Snail I found Coleman's rematch against Fedor hard to watch. Every takedown attempt was stuffed, and he took SO MANY punches to the face... I just wanted him to go down and stay down :(

  • @S67Snail he didin't aged like randy, because randy is "the natural" and coleman is "all roids", lol!

  • @c0V3Ro That could have something to do with it xD

  • @S67Snail

Who cares about the age, i know that a 70 yr old mma fighter would fuck me up :O xD

  • @S67Snail personaly i think 10 years ago coleman had all the tools to beat randy no dout randy chin isnt all that and hes no were near as strong as coleman

  • my opinion is mark coleman is a legend and got the concept of how well "Wrestlers" do in mma, but to be honest hes always looked stiff with his striking and has been submitted time and time again he just never evolved like couture, it seems like alot of the Hammerhouse guys are the same and just rely on wrestling

  • its funny how some people say mark coleman has a street fighting style. The old man is an olympic caliber wrestler. Watch the old videos, he showed many high level wrestling moves. People just discount him all the time.

  • @sabreharyanto Not only that, the old man is the Godfather of Ground and Pound. He made ground and pound what it is today.

  • @sabreharyanto he beat randy couture in a wrestling match once

  • Cool video, watch full MMA fights ufc-ppv . com

  • well its crazy i watch ufc like every time it comes on i hardly ever miss a fight and for some reason ive just never seen coleman fight....ever

  • u aint a true fan like me!

  • why'd you send that to me?

  • sorry wrong person bro. you are a true fan

    peace out

  • it sure would be amazingly exciting if coleman did take down randy.

  • mark Coleman baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I wouldn't consider Randy to have a walk in the the park against Coleman. Sure Randy's more skilled, and has better cardio. However, fom hi reent fights, Randy has shown that he can't take punishment and hard shots anymore. He's got a glass jaw. Coleman's cardio is always in question, not the greatest. However, if U watch the Shogun fight, Coleman can still take punishment better than Randy. My prediction is Randy by split decision.

  • was that don frye @ 1:02?

  • coleman is the man

  • Mark Coleman is going to kick Randy Couture's ass! This one is for Keenzie and Morgan! The Hammer!!!!!!!!!!!

  • battle of the grandpas

  • lol he throws that judge around like it was a doll

  • The Randy vs Brock fight is a terrible argument for Randy's power as a wrestling specific fighter. Brock was still very inexperienced against good wrestlers in the octagon. Brock would handily toss him around now.

Coleman is going to beat Randy with wrestling and ground and pound in the first and third round. The second he will take off to rest.

  • Coleman couldn't take down Cro-Cop got frustrated and quit. Now he fights another good wrestler with much better cardio then him.

  • well if you see the fight closely, yes brock dis over power randy due to his size and strength advantage.....randy did control brock a lot on the fence but having said that, Randy is 44 years old so his wrestling Strength and MMA Conditioning isnt at his prime anymore.

On the other Hand....brock is at his all time prime right now so his strength and level of mma is at his all time high.

if brock would of fought randy 5-10 years ago, randy would of beat this guy down....he has more experience

  • I finally came out of my alcohol driven coma to say, 5-10 years ago Randy would not have the experience he has now. Brock would still have owned his shit. But this is dumb talking about hypothetical, I think I`m going to go vomit again.

  • randy would of beaten brock hands down

you think a 44 year old has the same skills that he had 10 years ago ??? NO randy controlled him Plus brock is so much heavier then randy is.....randy would of controlled him on the ring and punched his face dirty boxing style.....lesnar is lacking skill hes only wining because of his size and strength advantage and money to pay top class trainers

  • i kinda disagree with you. randy is great dude, his career has had its ups and downs, even ten years ago. even he said himself he feels greater and stronger than ever

  • thats all promotion. randy was at his all time peak 5-3 years ago and was an awesome unstoppable athlete

  • DAMN. insane strength man.

  • Coleman owns. Wrestling owns. War Hammer House.

  • Ground and pound master, the problem is, how to ground and pound a bjj master? Ps: Randy and Coleman will be a hell of a fight... February 6

  • @Bandole

Brock Lesnar was able to do it to Frank MIr in their 2nd match. As long as a fighter understands submission defense and can use his power and strength, even a BJJ expert can be ground and pounded. Brock's an exception due to his atheticism and super human strength. but it can be done.also depends if the BJJ expert can take a shot or not. Several factors to be considered.

  • 4-1 is not the record of a super human, lol, and Brocks mma career is going to be just like his NFL career, short and sweet.

  • @Bandole Brandon Vera double-legged Randy. Coleman will whizzer his arm off. Real talk.

  • Randy will probably try to clinch Coleman the intire fight to use dirty boxe, he managed to do that even against Brock, watch...

  • Against his 2nd fight with Shogun Coleman doesn't get much credit. He was comming off a 2 year layoff, no training camp. I don't buy the argument that Shogun was gassed because of his injury. Let's face it Coleman repeatedly took Shogun down, controled him on the ground, and made Shogun work. COleman's stye of being on top, using his 220 pound frame worked Shogun, which is why he was gassed out. Shogun just was at a strength disadvantage. Still impressive for his age.

  • Coleman will always be a threat to anyone he faces his takedowns are still effective he took Shogun down at will and with some cardio his ground and pound could be like it was in 1996 when he was probably the most feared heavyweight in MMA it takes a man to step into the cage no matter what age but to be 45+ years old takes a real athlete with real heart Marc Coleman deserves respect no matter what

  • good song choice! suits coleman

  • When he was around 28-36 years he wasn't that bad.

He had enough muscles to pull off his style.

But later, this didn't work at all...

  • bullshit, Mark is a UFC Hall of Famer, he's one of the greats

  • Ma
