Whoa, really good solo man! I usually hate tappings, but the one you did (even though it was only 2 notes, it made all the difference) was really good. So did the sweep, but i thought the end created a certain unwelcome tension. Nice gear by the way!

Jacksons? Dude that's your thrash metal right there. Ibanez for melodic ANYTHING. Idc if it's Dethcore, deathmetal etc... as long as it's melodic, you got an ibanez with some DiMarzio D-activators and you got a sweet ass kit. Strictly heavy metal, schectors are pretty sweet. So far the guitar theshreddedcheese has is very versatile.

@Scariestkiller The brand of guitar has does not really have any relevance to "melodic" styles of music. Bullet for my valentine is melodic and the're Jackson all the way..I like ibanez too but Jackson are just better made and sound better in my opinion.<==== note it says OPINION

The density, type of wood, finish, shape, all determine the amount of base compression. Also how the guitar kit stabilizes the strings over the pickups. You put the same pick up's on different guitars, it won't sound the same. Yeah, Bullet For My Valentine is very melodic. On the other hand, their guitars make the tone more bassy which is kina sexy as appose to S models that sound like your playing a fucking violin under the same settings. Though S models lack the balls for heavy.
