@CMVD777 Religion just isn't worth it from what I've seen. I don't think God cares about our preference in music, unless it's just straight blasphemy. Goth music has grace, I don't think I've come across ONE artist to sound angst/anti-god, with most of the artist's lyrics theirs no need to sound like that, they express their beliefs in a discreet/artistic way. Religion isn't worth it, a personal relationship with God is, for me at least. To be honest.. goth music made me more spiritual.

Well, that was the genre these bands were playing in before the term "gothic-rock" was invented to degrade them. The term was worn by the rising subculture with pride. So, technically, all Goth bands/Cult bands are taken from post-punk/alternative. Particularly this band considering their similarities with Siouxsie and the Banshees.

This is awesome! I've loved this song for years, but this is the first I've seen the video. Anybody else making it would have shown Lilith in some dramatic way, this video is subtle, and only symbolizes her with an owl. Pure brilliance! :-)

You've gotta remember that this film was shot in '95. At that time, decent video cameras were still pretty bulky, somewhat expensive and still didn't have the clarity and resolution they have today. It's really on par, even better in most cases than a lot of vids by even more well known bands at the time. In the mid nineties most music vids were just concert footage cut with some scripted material.

Hell, there were quite a few vids shot on Super 16 or even 8mm silent(film buffs will get it)

I'm having trouble with the brightness / contrast too. Dark in the first half, fairly washed out toward the very end [when he reawakens from the trance]. It helps if you watch it in high quality [and in a dark room, which is always a plus for this kinda video anyway... :)]
