the thing that i do is battle all the trainers that i could and if im close to leveling up after i beat a trainer i train with wild pokemon

it helps me a lot and thats how i get strong pokemon for the game

@vincentpeskens Yeah, it's true, it needs to snow in game to create a snowbank to walk up and down, I did it myself as a test by changing the time and date to a winter season. I recommend going into your DS settings or whatever and changing the date by going into the future a month or so until you see winter in game.

@wtfnoobtube1 Lol, I think the reason they make the Fire starter a Fire/Fighting is because the first gym leader is mostly a rock type user so it makes it easier for people who picked the Fire starter to have a better chance on the first gym leader.

@soldiergigas14 Main Team? What's that? XP I switch pokemon a lot to keep with type advantage and type resistance to future gyms, etc. however if I had a balanced team, I'd likely have Daigeki a Fighting type in there.

Psychic

This would probably be the types I went for, or swap out Psychic for Steel and Fire for for Electric or Dark. Actual pokemon choices however... I'm not certain at this time, but I like my Pesto bird. Water/Rock Crush... hmm... ???
