What difference does it make if she's a liberal? How many conservatives were nominated to the Supreme Court based on their conservative views? Face it, Obama won the election, has the right to nominate anyone  he feels is qualified. I didn't hear a lot of "your not qualified" coming from the conservative judical committee the only thing they were sticking on is her "Wise Latina" comment.
