@Giriko3490 In my disgaea, him and Adell are partners. and they kick ass together very, very well. personally, i think the best partner for Gig would be Adell because Adell is a full-blooded demon who hunts demons and also, he's a badass overord after he kills Zetta. That, and even though Adell's more of a fists guy, he looks really badass with the onyx blade.

It's an excellent game.

While the battle system is fairly different from Disgaea's, the basics are close enough that since you've already played Disgaea you should have no problem getting the hang of the system. I didn't have any trouble, at least.

@AoiChan15 Gig is great, Revya is cool Soul Nomad/Cradle is fun. It just lacks a little replayability because after awhile it becomes hard to LOSE some of the story battles and stop the game ending prematurely unlike the Disgaea games. I have to admit I saw the relationship endings I couldn't be bothered earnming myself on you tube, theres perhaps even too many for enough of the playthroughs with the same army.

Depending on what path you choose you either stop the manipulator or destroy the world. That's the game in a nutshell although it has more.

soul nomad was absolute brilliance. but the main issue is the lack of post game, and nippon ichi is notorious for having LONG postgame. there isnt alot to do once you get lord "im level 2000 and still weak" all you have left is trying to hit big numbers... with a low stat cap.
