your husband is soo lucky to have such a wonderful cook!!

  • I love your channel Betty.

All of your recipes look delicious.

    Thank you for sharing.

  • love ur channel ! but would it be ok to just put the pepper in the egg mixture or the crumbs

  • @aicewei Yes, I just like the control I get from sprinkling the spices. For instance, if the egg mixture or breadcrumbs don't all get used, I lose some of the spiciness that I would have otherwise.

    --Betty :)

  • hi betty, you could try to mix the seasonings with the bread crumbs to save you some trouble..so you can just take them from the egg wash and put it straight into the bread crumbs. definitely going to try this recipe as well! looks delicious

  • love the recipe Betty :D

  • yumm ima try this.. never coated them in bread crumbs and eggs

  • I love french fries, and love adding seasonings to them...will definitely try this one. Questions: is it possible to use a deep fryer - like the one you used to make onion rings? Can i use packaged frozen french fries instead?

    Thanks!

  • hey betty, i was just wondering, why do you have to refrigerate?

would it be OK to just cook it with out that process?

  • @1piecemage The refrigeration was for my convenience. You may continue with the process, once you have drained the partially cooked potatoes and cooled them with cold water.

    --Betty :)

  • Nice!! You're so cute Betty ^_^

  • @bettyskitchen I love your recipes, they're really great! I have a question though.. Is there a specific reason as to why you don't use an HD camera? They pretty inexpensive, and they really do make a difference..

  • Hi Betty, those fries look great! Thank you for sharing your recipe!

  • These look so good!!

  • love your Rolex dear.

  • Can I just bake them instead of frying them?

  • @youburymeinblack Yes, I would spray the top with cooking spray, so that they do not dry out.

    --Betty :)

  • I love that crunchiness!! thanks Betty for the brilliant idea

  • Betty, do you have a great recipe for a more adult macaroni and cheese?

  • @ProfessorsChannel Yes, I have Macaroni and Cheese Deluxe in bettyskitchen.

    --Betty :)

  • 9:59 - 10:24 !! You are too charming, Betty!

  • What about putting the spices in the egg wash? I always do this when I coat my "Wiener Schnitzel". It is very handy and you could bake the egg at the end!

  • @katsim86 That is handy. You have more control of the seasoning if you sprinkle it by hand.

    --Betty :)

  • A little Southern Comfort. I like Betty's video. She explains how to make the french fries step-by-step.

  • Looks Great ~ Bet they were Yummy.. A must try .. Thanks

  • Great job Betty!

  • That Beer sure did look good Betty, So did the French Fries, Thats kinda like the way i cook them.

    Thank you Betty.

  • I LOOOVE how you parboiled them, instead of pre-frying them...so much less messy!

  • Wouldn't it be easier to mix the spices in with the eggs?

  • @mesopotamianbeauty its not my recipe but, it seems like it would be easier.

  • @leavein90 I like the control you get from sprinkling the spices, but it doesn't matter a lot.

    --Betty :)

  • @mesopotamianbeauty I like the control you get from sprinkling the spices, but it doesn't matter a lot.

    --Betty :)

  • wow, looks good Betty. Thank you!!!

  • you can pre-cook the potatos in the micro wave oven for 5 minutes, easier than boil them. thank you Betty for the video!

  • @ynb106 Microwaved potato isn't very nice.

  • Betty? Why don't you use a deep fat fryer?

  • @wfmitchell because they are very very unhealthy and unneccesary to spend money on when it's not as fatty to put oil in a pot.

  • @CitrineVlogging - that comment makes absolutely no sense. Why would fat in a pot be less fatty than in a deep fat fryer. If God did not want us to eat fat he would have made us plants (except for Venus Fly Traps which eat fat flies).

  • @wfmitchell Rick here--electric fryers are nice, but when you put a big load of cool food in one, the oil temp drops and is slow to get back up to speed. Frying on our gas range makes it easier to keep the temps in the proper range--with a bit of fiddling on the controls.

  • i love your accent! :)

  • O.O I ate french fries today!

  • Thank you!

  • i opened it perfect time ! I'm number 4 of the views
