I saw him in 84 at Vets Memorial in Columbus, Ohio. He played with no warm up band no special effects just him, Bass, Drummer and Sax. Played for 2.5 hours, took a 15 minute break and came back and played for 1 more hour. Changed my life forever. This man can play with anyone. They don't make em that anymore. Pure Rock and Roll.

I just went to see him at Metropolis, Montreal.

Guys, this man is 60 years old and he rocked the place like I've never seen before. From far the best rock concert I've ever been to! The energy he was transmitting to the crowd was unreal. He performed for more than 2 hours and each song was better than the other! As time was passing, it was getting better and better.

All my respect to George Thorogood for still keeping blues rock'n roll alive and kicking today! A true legend!
